Are we interested in Pedro Brazao?

Jadon Havertz

{Ed002's Note - Pedro Brazao (LW/RW) Nice have confirmed that they have been approached by Sporting and Bayern Munich to enquire after the kiddie but are concerned that two other sides have made an approach to a third party "representing" the player. As the player is under aged, they are obliged to formally record these concerns in writing to the FFF - as payments to third parties for underage players are not allowed (this is what has caused the UEFA investigation in to Manchester City over payments made for Jadon Sancho). The player has been advised to stay where he is and develop.}

What a prat, he's also recently become an ambassador for UKIE, which if you don't know is supposedly the organisation there to protect children from the increasingly harmful practices video game companies employ to extract your hard earned money through your children (gambling mechanics and micro transactions) .

UKIE have basically said it's the parents job to make sure children don't empty their bank accounts when letting them play video games like FIFA, effectively doing nothing when they should be challenging these truly shameful business tactics (FIFA is rated 3 years and above) .

He should be ashamed of himself agreeing to be the face of that campaign, but I suppose it doesn't matter to him if his kids blow £1000 on FIFA packs.

2.) 21 Jan 2020 17:15:17
Micro transactions killed gaming for me. I haven't picked up a controller since 2017.

3.) 21 Jan 2020 17:45:55
What about adults addicted to micro transactions?

4.) 21 Jan 2020 18:03:45
The state of the industry is alarming, and all the governing bodies bury their heads in the sand and act like it isn't digital robery for fear of upsetting the game companies which make so much money.

At least the NHS are now getting involved after seeing the number of children with gambling problems increasing ten fold.

Honestly parents don't buy FIFA for your kids, it's evil, manipulative, rubbish made by business men who's only goal is to extract every possible penny they can from your kids without you even realising.

5.) 21 Jan 2020 18:06:16
Exactly Lerchy, they only address children because there are parents to deflect to, there is no defence when it comes to targeting adults with addictive traits, so they just dont.

Ea apparently made £80 million in an hour on Black Friday. My work mates play fut and all have spent minimum £500 up to £2000 just this year on packs. Where are the authorities? Or does it need greta thungberg to say something before anybody cares?

So glad I play fm. 25 quid and I can get whatever players I want!

7.) 21 Jan 2020 20:07:59
Jeez that's a lot of money, I'm still annoyed with myself for spending £20 on My Club PES 2018! Couldn't agree more though, If you want a guilt free footy experience Football Manager is the way to go.

I like Origi's attitude Shaq but if we can get better players in to push or even dislodge any of the front three we should. i've said before about Origi that I don't think he's good enough which is a shame cos he seems like a good bloke. Liverpool fans certainly shouldn't be grateful to have him, we should be striving to have the strongest squad we can.

We could always have Jones AND Havertz to take our midfield forward over the next few years.

Best manager on the planet, has totally transformed the team. This is the best signing we could make. the next few seasons can be filled with trophies now.

Don't think there'll be any ins r outs. Even if the likes of Shaquiri wants to leave they'll be told to wait till the summer. We don't need to do anything, just continue do what were doing.

Still don't see the harm in getting someone like Sancho who could be one of the best around for the next 10 years "IF"Klopp wants him and it's in anyway possible.

No, he wants to sign for Klopp. Get him in and let Divock move on, I know he's a cult hero after last season but he is simply not good enough. there's too big a drop off from Salah, Manè nd Firmino.

Why anyone would be still worried about the league is beyond me, all about the double or treble now!

That would be great but winning it on 16th March at the Toffees on a Monday night with the Paddy's day celebrations the next day would be perfect.

I measure how good a captain is by how he inspires on the pitch, I support this club over 35 years and Gerrard is the biggest driving force and also just the best player I've ever seen play for us aswell. Hendo couldn't have put in that 2nd half performance in Istanbul, he couldn't have done what Gerrard done against West Ham in 06'. And that's just two instances of which there are hundreds. hattricks in Merseyside derbies, the man lifted this club on his shoulders for years. im sure Hendo is the better role model off the pitch, its just not what I find most important in a captain.
