I heard after the game Milner gave everyone a piggy back home and then went for a 10k Run.

1.) 19 Sep 2018 07:58:42
You heard wrong.

He also carried the PSG players home, and then ran back (c1,200km) and was still in the ice bath before anyone else.

Its our own 'Milly Whizz'!

2.) 19 Sep 2018 08:33:49
It must be all of that Ribena!

3.) 19 Sep 2018 14:02:16
Milly Whizz, I love it!

I got chatting to a guy in Rhodes from down south who was a Liverpool Fan. Both watching the City game by the pool and saying how we follow this site religiously.
Shout to the Eds and the lad supping Mythos for making it happen haha
Hope you and the son get up here to Anfield when you can YNWA.

My mates a taxi driver and he's just told me he picked up a French bloke from McDonald's this morning and dropped him off at Anfield. Not sure who it was Apparently he didn't pay though, he just got out and shouted
"£40?! Fekir Me "
One for the old Ken Aguero gen 😂.

08 Aug 2018 08:42:38
I think we might sell some fringe players abroad after our window closes. I wouldn't worry too much about recouping some money it'll happen.
fekir in England tonight? I Can't see it being Liverpool though, Chelsea need him more they're a shambles at this moment.

1.) 08 Aug 2018 09:27:24
Can’t see how chelsea are a shambles mate.

They have a good manager, looks like they are going to keep Kante and Hazard, just signed Jorginho. If Courtois goes to Real Madrid, Kovacic could to chelsea on loan, add Feki and they look strong!

{Ed0333's Note - when you put it li,e that Drogie lol. If they sign Fekir I think I will cry a fair amount and blame it on hay fever if anyone sees me.

2.) 08 Aug 2018 10:51:48
Because sarri isn't klopp. He's not going to ignite the entire city and players together in a way of playing and he is also taking a team of players that have played 4 to 5 years of anti football.

Even under Brendan we played attacking footy.

Kovacic is nothing special and after watching some games I think jorginho and kante will be to negative for the eayhe wants to play, kante offers nothing in the final third and jorg is very slow. So it gives them 4 kovacic, Willian, morata and hazard. No where near our level.

Defence wise there great but once sarri opens the game up they won't be a defensively sound as they are now.

3.) 08 Aug 2018 11:31:59

Alisson-A. Arnold-Lovren-VanDijk-Robertson-Fabinho-Henderson-Keita-Salah-Mane-Firmino.

Combined lineup:

We win 6:5.

4.) 08 Aug 2018 12:09:30
They have champion players. Don't under estimate them. I mean damn, they were crap one year. Got rid of a manager mid season then went on to win the championship league with friggin Roberto di matteo.
With the core players they have, it won't take much to pull some decent performances.

5.) 08 Aug 2018 12:39:51
They ain't getting top four with Morata and Giroud . If they sign a proper goal scorer in the next 24 hours they might scrape 4th.

04 Aug 2018 16:51:43
Does anyone think this'll be the line up vs West Ham? I'd prefer Fabinho in there but I can probably see this team being the one that kicks our season off.

1.) 04 Aug 2018 16:59:46
That won't be the lineup, Clyne is part of today's starting lineup lol. I'm sure TAA will be fine to start next week. I also fully expect Fabinho to start against WH as well.

2.) 04 Aug 2018 17:52:20
I think Clyne will start against West ham. Trent hasn't had enough time to train tactically.

3.) 04 Aug 2018 18:24:24
I think fabinho will start and maybe klavan over gomez although I doubt it seeing as he is left footed.

4.) 04 Aug 2018 18:57:10
Trent knows what he’s doing, Clyne has never been tactically sound since we bought him.

5.) 04 Aug 2018 19:44:08
Trent had all of last season to train tactically.

6.) 04 Aug 2018 19:46:09
Defo fabihno in there and Trent, think it will take time for Allison too settle properly an get used too the premiership he seems too grow into games starts off bit shaky it's his first game like so can be accused, shaqiri is quality going forward and his passing is exceptional only problem is when the ball turns over and he has too defend he shuts off be nice too see him in a free role when used .

7.) 04 Aug 2018 19:47:28
Good point. I'd rather taa started but wouldn't be surprised if Clyne started. I don't think Clyne is as bad as some people seem to think. He's played this pre season when we best utd, City and now napoli.

I actually thought napoli might be a tough one but man, look at our team now. Top 5 in Europe now for me.

Anyone else notice? Origi is one weird looking mother humper.

8.) 04 Aug 2018 19:48:58
Think Gomez would be better in defence he needs too get better in that position with more experience there he is looking better an better, fabihno is pure class and a leader on the pitch he has too always play.

9.) 04 Aug 2018 20:13:41
Clyne isn’t a good player, whatever his performances in pre-season friendly games its completely irrelevant, we have had years of poor performances and output from him to judge him on.
Pre-season friendlys are to build up fitness in existing players, help bed in new players and see how the kids perform. Thinking players like Clyne are all of a sudden good players based on a couple of friendly games is complete nonsense sorry.

10.) 04 Aug 2018 20:38:58
Completely with you there mikey. Clyne is terrible defensively and that's as far as it goes. The only games he'll get are friendly games, thankfully. He had his chances and blew them. I'd put TAA (obviously) Fabinho, Milner and Gomez before him.

11.) 05 Aug 2018 05:29:03
It isn't nonsense Mike. Calling a full england international an awful player is nonsense. And players improve. A lot under Klopp. So why can't Clyne improve?

I've watched the pre season games and Clyne did pretty well. I much prefer trent but fitness is an issue, Klopp eluded to it in his post match interview. Clyne is probably a lot fitter than trent atm and he's trained more.

I expect trent to be 1st lm this season but Clyne stepping in is okay. He is good cover and I trust him to step up.

Gini has played ok for us. But klopps replaced him, so he couldn't of been that good.

Thanks Cara. I'm struggling to think of a single loanee that will ever pull on the red jersey of Liverpool tbh
Bar youth players obviously. I think most have missed their shot.

Someone is going to be on the wrong end of a Liverpool pasting. We keep missing all these easy chances but soon it's going to stick.

He hasn't hit form yet. I expect him to get his yard back in a few weeks and be the best player in the league again.

Gotta stick with the times mate we can't afford another decade like the 90's of falling years behind. If skiing keeps us there then so be it haha.
