Not a good enough squad is not an excuse that Klopp can use. He has had more than 5 years to decide on the correct players, this is the team he assembled. Not having any of that. Injuries are no doubt a concern, but the remaining players have shown nothing to turn fortunes around.

Itās our midfield in my opinion, the front 3 are running round like headless chickens as there is no runners no decent balls, mane didnāt even have a go down the left tonight he spent most of it in the middle so Robertson then had no one! The midfield is scared to go forward as they know the defence is weak! Itās a very disjointed side! No continuity no flow!

I think we all need to accept that this league campaign is over, 100% agree frazer the issue we have is our midfield beacuse our star midfield players have spent most the season as CBs, that has to have an impact going forward

Agreed WYred, in truth covid has shafted us, no title presentation infront of crowd and no summer refresh as I do believe had we not been in a global pandemic Klopp would have been granted the transfers he wanted

Exactly wyred! Gini out of position Thiago out of position and Jones expected to play like a superstar every game! He canāt do it all on his own! Gini in my eyes is a massive issue atm he just donāt suit the defensive role he is always flat footed day dreaming why has Ben Davies not even been given a minute? Just play defenders and get the midfield back. Just give it a go! We arenāt winning when we play midfielders at the back so just go defenders and play football!
