What was the reaction from the crowd at the end of the game?
I don’t see us winning Wednesday night or away to Brighton on Saturday morning. So after that with an international break and 7 games to go will this torture end?

Boos apparently.
15 Mar 2026 19:48:54
Boos at the end of the game, to the extent that Szoboslai was asked about it in his post-match interview. Apparently tickets were still available up until yesterday. If true, it speaks volumes.
Slot should have been sacked 10 times over by now. Can't see it happening at this late stage. Hughes and Edwards have just as much to answer for. Hopefully, FSG clean house come June.

I just laughed now.
Can't wait till he's gone to be honest. No idea. ?

How the hell is Slot still Liverpool manager! Dire football. No positional discipline after 70 mins. Slow s*** football. The whole season! Please sack him tonight and try to save what we have left of our season.

Lee, I'm sure that one of Florian, Faith, or Flash will be along soon to tell you that there's nothing wrong. It's all part of the long-term plan, that we don't have a God-given right to win matches, or some other meaningless word salad.
15 Mar 2026 20:43:04
FTR is only present when he can try criticise other posters, sadly (for him) he is being proven wrong most of time. So he'll be in the ether
15 Mar 2026 21:10:23
Let's hope Carra is right and a decision is made tonight. That decision, amongst 99% of Liverpool fans, is to sack him. Let's hope the hierarchy agree. ? YNWA.

If I was John Henry and co and I really wish I was but alot of heads need to roll at the end of the season. Am I annoyed? Ofcourse I hate to see my beloved team lose and that draw feels like a loss. But am I surprised, not one bit.
This an has gone from supposed tactical genius last season to tactical clown, atleast we got a point I guess. I won't stop watching the games but at this point it's becoming unbearable to give 2 hours.

We never look like we are going to score and to be honest we have not got a 25/30 goal forward hopefully when Isak comes back we can get the goals. Gravenbirch needs to start tackling you can't carry him in midfield any longer at least Maca gets stuck in and wins us a free kick like today. God help us Tuesday if play like we did today.
15 Mar 2026 18:30:09
Slot has completely destroyed everything Klopp built, and the longer this goes on the more damage it's going to do going forward.
I can't believe our owners are just going to sit there and let this carry on, players' heads will start turning and thinking about ways out of the club. Just letting this happen can do so much damage.

I've been openly Slot Out since December, but deep down I knew it in October. I just wanted to give him a chance because he won the league. Edwards and Hughes are incompetent and negligent.
15 Mar 2026 19:09:33
It's too late now, damage is done.
If he goes at the end of the season it's far too late.
15 Mar 2026 18:27:16
Get him out now. This evening. Now. Go. Enough is enough. Anfield has spoken.

We'll stumble past Gala, and that'll save him for another week.
15 Mar 2026 18:45:14
I agree 100%, gotta go.
15 Mar 2026 19:33:46
I'm not so sure, SR.
Gala will set up deep, dive at every opportunity, and frustrate us as much as possible. And then play a full counter (if they had any sense).
If they get a goal before we do, this tie is fully over. We'll panic and just force s*** long balls as we do under pressure.
15 Mar 2026 21:19:45
We can't beat an extremely poor Spurs side. I very much doubt we'll do any better against a Galatasaray side who have beaten us twice and know how weak and badly organised we are.
15 Mar 2026 18:27:15
Sack him. And sack him tonight. Enough is enough.

Don’t know why anyone is grumbling about Arsenal now pretty much securing the title. Fair play to them. Consistency is the key and they have had it all season.
{Ed078's Note - I'm surprised at the debate to be honest. They haven't played brilliant football, but I don't get that people would prefer City to win it. Just my opinion.
Agree2
15 Mar 2026 08:31:21
Fair play is probably not the right term, given they spend the entire game blocking, grappling, diving, and time wasting.
15 Mar 2026 11:41:03
Don't see much difference between them this season and last season, to be honest. They are more likely to win over the rest of the season by being solid rather than by being amazing. That Arsenal team isn't a shade on Klopp's LFC, Mourinho's Chelsea, Pep's City, or even Wenger's own Arsenal side.
That said, you can only beat what's in front of you.
15 Mar 2026 18:30:23
Arsenal fans are insufferable. At least if City win, there's no fans to deal with.
15 Mar 2026 18:34:45
I hate Arsenal and I hate Arsenal fans.
City, luckily, has no fans, so I don't care if they win, plus we know they've cheated.
Arsenal have been boring, and in any other season half their goals from corners would be penalised.
{Ed025's Note - Arsenal are boring Dean...but not the most boring mate, if you know what i am getting at..
15 Mar 2026 19:38:52
As Mr. Hetfield would say, 'Sad But True'.
15 Mar 2026 19:36:17
Fair point ED025, they have the potential to play actual football, it just a shame their awful approach to the game is being rewarded.
Our football is much worse across the board, but we aren't close to being rewarded for the quality, which is fitting!
I don't think I've ever been so turned off to watch us play
{Ed025's Note - its terrible to watch Dean, the players dont look that arsed either and thats very worrying, the skipper has been in poor form but the more worrying thing for me is there is no leadership out there and nobody geeing up the players or even tearing a strip off them mate..
15 Mar 2026 06:08:20
For me, Ed078, I want to keep title winning over the last decade to a duopoly of us and City, a club that will forever have an asterisk next to their name. Plus, Pep has recently been making very valuable contributions to the good fight globally.
{Ed078's Note - good points
15 Mar 2026 08:13:58
I would tend to agree with u ed78. Arsenal much better club than city imo.they by far best side + squad in league this season.
Although I must admit I hate watching them, in fact I don't watch them
14 Mar 2026 23:11:23
There are no excuses for anything except a win against Spurs. They are floundering and their confidence is lower than their league standing. The new manager bounce never happened and half their players look like they have thrown their toys out the pram or simply in despair. I read that they have 12 players unavailable against us whereas we are only missing Isak, Bradley and Endo (who are arguably not first teamers right now).
They are quite possibly the weakest team in the league mentally and an early goal could shatter any belief they have.
Newcastle have done us a favour beating Chelsea. We really should have no valid reason not to give Spuds a tonking.

I'm sure Slot will find an excuse when the almost inevitable happens. It's almost the perfect recipe for a 0-1 home defeat. They're in a relegation battle. They have been losing games for fun. They have a manager who can't buy a win, and goalkeepers who are a clown show most weeks, which can only mean this is the only week they keep a clean sheet and the only time Tudor gets a win.
Slot has normalised not winning at home.
15 Mar 2026 11:35:54
Proper banana skin this game!
15 Mar 2026 18:32:36
And there you have it, Slot messed it up again. He needs to be sacked. This is unacceptable.
15 Mar 2026 18:35:06
Let's see what the excuse is this time.
15 Mar 2026 18:56:19
Like every game, Bristol!
We've no pattern of play, and a really average squad. Our starting central midfield today was as bad as it's been in the last twenty years. Gomez really poor. Robbo tried hard, but offered little.
Frimpong, Gakpo, Ekitike are looking like squad players rather than starting quality players.
We look five players short of a challenging team. Really poor squad planning and management. I'd say Hughes and Arne need to go.
