I have no doubt Alonso worked the players harder than they liked, as Ancelotti pretty much gave them free reign. However, Alonso looks genuinely out of his depth when someone changes there tactics. He doesn't know how to adapt, and it is pretty obvious because he always looks nervous on the sidelines. Not sold, at all, on him.

If we don't go for a RB in Jan, then we are well and truly fucked. Centre back was a must this Jan, but I'm guessing they got word from Guehi that he would come on a free, so are most resistant to making a bid. With Bradley getting his usual big injury, we need to find a replacement.

Arsenal is a genuine concern, due to being a london lad. However, with the number of defenders they have, it would be hard to see him get a game. Much easier to get in Liverpool's defence than Arsenal's.

My own opinion is that theres deffo issues somewhere, whether its a power struggle between players and dlot or slot and hughes, who knows, but the tactics arent suiting clearly and surely we're better than we're showing, I think we need to get Guehi tied down, I think we need a rb as it stands too, but most of all these tactics need binning off quick
