Afternoon fellow reds and Ed’s.

Quite a boring question, is the champions league final only being televised on BT sport? Or will it be on ITV or something too?

I found multiple answers online that contradict themselves so was hoping someone could clear it up for me.

{Ed002's Note - Why not look at the TV schedules?}

1.) 15 May 2018 11:29:56
It'll be on both ITV and BT sport. Plus loads of others including FOX sports, beIN, ESPN etc there's a list on the official site.

2.) 15 May 2018 11:38:55
The champions league final will be broadcast for free by BT Sport the same as every other year you’ll be able to watch on their channel or on their Facebook page for free uninterrupted. I have no idea about ITV but I would seriously doubt it.

3.) 15 May 2018 11:58:02
UEFA website states it will be shown on ITV

But I know for definately it will be also streamed live for Free on Youtube.

4.) 15 May 2018 11:58:34
It's free on BT online.

5.) 15 May 2018 12:08:57
It is free online with bt so on the app or youtube channel. It will not be on ITV.

6.) 15 May 2018 12:46:47
will also be on the bt showcase channel for anyone who only has freeview.

7.) 15 May 2018 12:57:47
Also going out free on YouTube.

8.) 15 May 2018 17:41:52
Eds does god exist?

Thought i would add to the pointless questions tally for today.

{Ed002's Note - No, of course not.}

9.) 15 May 2018 20:16:32
Of course he does.

He may be in charge of our U18s next season.

Excuse my little rant, away from the poor form comments, £53 each I'm paying to watch the mighty Maribor. Ticket prices are absolutely scandalous.
I know it's a European night but really!? .

Ello eds and reds!

I tried the search function but nothing new has been said regarding blaszczykowski.

Saw a rumour on Instagram from a Liverpool fan page, apparently we are going for blaszczykowski for around £5m.

Any truth in this? I doubt it but thought I'd ask.

Ibe out. blaszczykowski In. +profit is pretty decent

{Ed002's Note - I would not hold your breath.}

1.) 07 Jul 2016 13:45:58
Cheers for the reply ed02.

2.) 07 Jul 2016 15:42:25
Sell 50 shirts with his name on and we'd recoup the money no problem!

3.) 07 Jul 2016 18:40:40
Back in his day at Dortmund he was class but imo, along with his blistering pace, those days are behind him. At 30 years old it would surely be a completely unnecessary signing with no European football and limited places in the squad for the likes of Ojo and Brannigan already.

Morning fellow reds and eds!

Rumours of subotic being linked.

With kolo released and skrtel in the shop window, do you reckon he is being considered as a back up? I know we are already loaded up in that area, just wanted to know if there was any interest that you know of

1.) 27 Jun 2016 10:38:48
Don't want him. Would rather give Joe Gomez a chance.

2.) 27 Jun 2016 10:18:48
Will probably depend on Sakho's fate. If Sakho does get a ban, then Subotic might be a cost effective option. If Sakho is cleared to play, then no point in signing Subotic.
Lovren, Sakho, Matip and Gomez with lucas as emergency cover should be more than enough for 3 competitions.

3.) 27 Jun 2016 10:59:31
Exactly my thoughts I. B.

4.) 27 Jun 2016 11:50:28
Not needed.

5.) 27 Jun 2016 12:37:33
Not needed unless Sakho is banned for a long time. We will have to wait and see.

24 Jun 2016 19:46:13
What are people opinions on brannagan?
Since sterling, I haven't really been excited about any of our youth prospects, not even ibe or ojo.
Do you reckon he has what it takes?

1.) 24 Jun 2016 21:56:11
Looks at good player. Solid on fm. First season debut next to hendo. Weird aswel lallanas is double figures for goals and assists. Bur yeah I think he has what it takes to be a good solid player.

Most fielders are just that, good and solid. Modric and kross may be deemed world class bur there epitomy of solid simple football, pass the ball - look for space - get the ball back - repeat.

Branno can do that for us. He does not need to do what Gerrard did, the main reason gwrrard had to do what he did was mainly because he wasn't always supported with a team that was good enough for him in all aspects.

Branno coming in a solid unit with a few sprinkles of star dust in countinho and firmino, yes he could be great.

In simple terms Yes. Haha.

2.) 25 Jun 2016 00:21:29
So, solid then.

How come mate? Do you not think they would benefit being at a big club playing under Stevie?

Personally I think sending a few youngsters out there would make sense.

Hi ed01,
I'm not sure if you appreciate people asking you about personal opinions on transfer targets, and my apologies if it annoys you.
But what do you think about zielinski?
I don't know anything about the lad!
Would he play infront of the back 4?

{Ed001's Note - I have not seen him play.}

I'd rather benteke go abroad.
It's sickening when past players score against us.
Plus he'll have a point to prove of he comes up against us.
Can't see him going to palace after what pardew said when he won the penalty.
It's a shame, he's a good player, just doesn't suit.

Wasn’t there a capacity limit, Because of the transport facilities or something?

It's still quite difficult.
I have a membership and I get the chance to go to the odd game. Auto cup schemes are good.
But to go to the top games or away games you need to build a collection of games from the season before. It takes a while but is worth it. I'd get the membership just for the auto cup scheme alone.
I rely on family and friends to keep a look out for spares when I can't get the game through the membership.

Always worth phoning the the home team directly. A few times I've bought tickets that way, ticket was for home stand but blagged my way into the away end because of my Scouse accent.

I think getting them from Liverpool is a no go

I'm currently trying to get some myself as it's my birthday on Saturday, revenge for the 3-1 loss last season would be nice.
