Hi Eds
Any thoughts about the futures of Moreno, Illori and Markovic?
Personally I would to see them given a fair chance to impress next season.

Sukhyrai

{Ed001's Note - I do not expect us to sell any of them, we are asking a high price.}

What a top notch goal by our old boy Suso playing for Milan. Such a shame he never got more game time for us to see if he could cut in the EPL. Thought he always looked assured when he did.

All he needed was trust and patience by our then manager ironic he put that faith and trust in sterling, and where is he now? hope suso and texiera both go on to have the careers there talents deserve.

2.) 28 Aug 2016 17:53:26
Agreed op, Suso was my favourite player in the u21s, he had a wand of a left foot and even shone for the Spain u21s at the euros, not giving him enough of a chance will go down as one of Rodgers' bigger mistakes.

3.) 28 Aug 2016 19:35:17
Suso is the one that got away, IMO.

I know he has left us, but I'm pleased for Suso. He scored an amazing hat trick for Genoa hopefully he will now start reaching his potential.

Big up to all the Red Army that were at Wembley yesterday. All you could hear on TV was the fans singing 'You'll never walk alone'.

Hi Ed02

With the owners backtracking on ticket pricing, what other ammo do SOS have to force out or have a go at the owners?

I don't have a problem with the owners. We finally have the stadium getting redeveloped, a top rated manager in Klopp and money has been spent on the first team squad. Probably not spent wisely enough.

Sukhyrai

{Ed002's Note - They will continue to make it as hard as possible and the recent direct attacks on sponsors has caused a great deal of concern for the club.}

1.) 13 Feb 2016 11:58:52
what I can't understand ed 2 is unless they can afford to viably buy lfc outright, what is the point of it all? I agree with the points made by sukhyrai btw. I don't want to discuss money as there are still people out there who believe a "free transfer" is free. so what is the agenda really all about?

{Ed002's Note - It is not simply a case of getting the money to buy the club it is then having the money available to sustain the club - month-on-month costs player wages, staff wages, insurances, maintenance costs, match day costs and policing, electricity costs, insurance costs, pension costs ....}

2.) 13 Feb 2016 13:26:34
I know that ed 2 as you have stated on numerous occasions which is why we don't discuss money I just can't see the point of wanting rid of the current owners. somebody has to own the club. do they really think us fans can own it? we can't even agree on which players to keep, nevermind making the really important decisions. thanks for your input on this mate. they could do with seeing some monthly bills eh ed?

Anyone have any ideas about what's happening or going to happen with Markovic? Read he maybe sold.

Sukhyrai

1.) 08 Jan 2016 17:27:56
He'll almost certainly be sold and probably at his own request. It will take him two years to get his career back on track after the damage we've done to it. And we'll be lucky to get even half of what we paid.

2.) 08 Jan 2016 17:45:48
Fernebache are interested in signing him for a third of what we bought him for. "Great" piec of business by those involved who brought him here without an idea on what to do with him.

Sports and politics shouldn't mix. If we can sign deals with Arab, Malaysian companies why not an Israeli company? Human rights abuses and migrant workers treated akin to slaves and anti LGBT legisalaton not an issue for people also.

I like look of Marcus Edwards of Spurs
A few years back I watched an England under 16 match in which Yan Dhanda scored two goals but it was Edwards who ran the show and everything went thru him. But I guess if a player going to make it they need playing time.

Thanks for the info CFCForever
I can't see him realistically becoming a first team player with us. Just have a feeling he'll end being one of those youngster similiar to K. Stewart, Illori, Markovic etc.
I think it would of been best for him to go make his name with a Championship club or lower level Prem team.

Not sure if any one else remembers but in 2004 I recall reading that Rick Parry and Jose Mourinho had a verbal agreement that Jose would join Liverpool at the end of the season only for Ambravich to lure him to Chelsea with loadsa money. Was the only time Jose broke his word.

I remember the lad. Great to see that he has still been able to achieve something many of us able bodied never will.
