Shame Liverpool aren’t back in for him… or perhaps he wants London. I thought he’d be a very good addition despite the emergence of Grav.

For what it’s worth I’d be disappointed with him leaving and I do think it will tarnish his standing, legacy if you will, amongst the fans. I’m sure he won’t lose any sleep on what I think ?! I can only try to relate to how I think I would act in the same situation, being a Liverpool fan, playing for the club I love, possibly being a future captain, challenging for all the trophies in a very good Liverpool side and presumably getting a very competitive salary package. Let’s see how it plays out.

Koopmeiners definitely improves our midfield in my opinion, I’d be happy with him, a centre back and a forward depending on departures.

Is it me, perhaps as I don’t watch as much football anymore, but other than Alonso I’m not excited by any of the potential managers out there. Guess it’s because Klopp is such a hard act to follow. I always loved Alonso as a player for us, so perhaps I’ve been slightly blinkered by that, but he does seem to be excelling. Anyhow, got an exciting few weeks coming up, hopefully we can get on a winning run again. ?.

As much as I want to get behind the youngsters when they are ready or good enough, Quansah, is clearly not ready and shouldn’t be near the first team. Really need more strength in depth IMO.
