Ed do we hold any interest in Schurrs of Ajax that you no if please?

{Ed002's Note - I don't know but will try and find out. Klopp has been looking at a starter to play with van Dijk. Liverpool would need to remove a non HG player next summer if they buy him so it would not be without issues.}

Got a feeling the non HG quota won't be an issue for LFC next summer. I expect Klopp will be looking to move a lot of squad players like Adrian, Origi, Shaq, Minamino etc and the lads on loan (Wilson, Grujic, Awoniyi etc) on permanently.
That should free up a 3-4 slots to bring in suitable replacements.

I expect Minamino to still be here next season, I believe Adrian contract is up along with Gini in the summer so there is 2 spots and we may see interest in Shaq and Origi in January if not I suspect they will also be part of the squad next season.

The lads on loan don’t count as they aren’t registered.

He's more than welcome to move on Keita. The guy is nowhere near good enough.

Keita is definitely good enough, injuries are a different story but ability-wise he is definitely good enough.

Keith- Ability wise he is good he’s not shown it consistently enough. Obviously on and off with injuries doesn’t help.
But I just don’t think he’s suited to Liverpool and the premier league.

Keita
Origi
Shaq
Adrian
Gini? Can see him going
Matip? Could see him going due to being to injury prone, sign a CB in jan and then another in summer maybe?

Can see a fairly big change in our said in summer. Maybe not loads of ‘flashy’ signings but a handful of smart signings.

{Ed0666's Note - I wouldn’t argue with any of you’re exits to be fair. I agree I think the squad is gonna have a bit of a revamp come the summer.

Thst is the same list I had in mind too pretty much. Another potential for the list could be the Ox. He has also been unfortunate with injuries. I'm sure they will be thinking of 'lightening' the injury prone player's list and at the same time the wage bill. Just my thoughts and happy to be proved wrong. I like the Ox. He always gives 100% and seems a good professional. But he may be a victim of some tough decisions.

Ox to exit to id say way to many passengers injuries ain’t their fault but no consistency from them 3 games in 10 out! It’s a shame but it has to be done.

Starting a rebuild this coming summer with Klopp leaving at the end of 2024 sounds about right. Even though having an average age of 23.8 years last year is not exactly a catastrophe. Build a second team, and continue the "Klopp dynasty" seems to be the graceful way to then move on into new horizons.

Matip going nowhere. Think we going to need more than one cb vvd going to be 30 when he comes back providing he comes back as before. Fingers crossed.

I think we’ll sign a CB in January, someone young and promising. Kana, from Anderlecht, is mentioned on the BBC transfer gossip page. I don’t know anything about him tbh but that type of profile I reckon.

Morning Ed002 sorry if jumping the gun mate but wondered if you had chance to find anything out on this please 😊.

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any approach at this time.}

Not sure how anyone here can say that Keita is good enough for this team given how little we've actually seen of him. Don't like slating our players but the lad is made of glass and only ever looks like a good rather than great player when he does get on the pitch. If we can convince someone to give us £15m to £20m for him then we should snatch their hands off.

Dont mind anyone having that opinion Johnny, its when people say Keitas not good enough yet try to justify Origis place in the squad which does have me scratching me head.

You have to admit. if keita played for man utd everyone would be laughing at the transfer pointing it out to be amassive failure. but because he's at LFC we keep trying to grasp at straws. he's another karius end of. minamino is poor but was never going to start. we waited a year for this flop.
