I'm told it's all down to what Liverpool offer for him and the structure of payment.

Did anyone watch Diomande against France last night? How did he play against that level of opposition?
He looks great in highlight reels, but I'm wary because
1) highlight reels make most players look good by showing 10 secs of the best things and 0 secs of all the bad things
2) defending in Germany is shocking, so it's hard to judge how good any attacking player is.
