If you have any spare time I would appreciate your opinion.
Regarding players leaving we seem pretty stacked in midfield bar maybe an additional starter I. e. Koopmeiners who I think walks into our midfield. Do you see loans for Bajcetic and Clark?
Is there a possibility of Diaz and Jota leaving as I see that being mentioned elsewhere?
Shall I assume the likes of Kvaratskhelia and Nico Williams are above Liverpools means?
I appreciate a lot depends on the new manager but o would like your opinion.

{Ed002's Note - Bajcetic I expect to stay but I expect a loan will be possible for Bobby Clark. For now it seems Jota will stay but Luis Diaz (LW) Could be surplus. His agent already has one player in the Saudi league and has been offering another high profile player he has - so he may well be looking at Diaz as well given Liverpool are well stocked in the position. Al-Hillal may offer a solution. Liverpool will likely resist a deal but could look to a deal with Barcelona if they are serious about Raphinha, but Diaz is not first choice for Barcelona. Using him in part exchange for another may be possible. Thoughts that PSG want him as an Mbappe replacement seem wide of the mark to me given they have very clear targets already, but his agent has approached PSG - but no more than that. Father says he wants to move to Spain. Liverpool need his future resolved.
The future of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia may well be away from Napoli next season with two clubs already halding discissions. Nico Williams may well be making a move this summer. Neither player are of interest to Liverpool.}

I assume the links to Ederson (Atlanta) are just part of our scouting as we have also watched Koopmeiners somewhat?

Good player Ederson. Reminds me a bit of the Spurs old boy, Moussa Dembele. Very powerful and composed player. Huge factor in them winning the Europa league. He and Koopmeiners just physically bully everyone they face. Would happily take either of them at Liverpool.

Would be delighted with Ederson, not fussed on Koop unless Mac were to leave - although would perhaps be an upgrade on others in there. Depends on what we do with Szob/ trent.

Seems a good option with the ability to play Cm and DM.
A lot of time in the transfer window so I’m sure there will be many options.

If Barcelona were to offer Raphinha I’d hope we dismiss that instantly. Distinctly mediocre player and too old. Cash for Diaz or go away. None of their deadwood is worth considering, just because they buy badly and get buyers remorse doesn’t mean we should help them out.

Teddy, DM is arguably his 3rd position as well. He’d played about 5 games there before this season. CM is his main position and going into this season, AM was considered his secondary position. Remarkable how consistently good he is in each role. Just a top class all rounder.

Ederson looks a good player. Diaz id take 50m and run he’s not been a great player since he got injured nearly two years ago. Far too inconsistent and his end product is no where near good enough.

MK, I agree he seems to just be a good footballer. I do think that he compliments Koopmeiners and vice versa. I’d take both or either to be fair.

I think the language barrier will come into Slots style of maintaining a good vibe at Anfield so I can see both Nunez and Diaz being moved on, and unless the player who replaces them has made skills he will be English speaking or fluent in English as a prime example Naby Keita and I can see a bit of what happened with him in both Diaz and Nunez unfortunately.

Keita's problem wasn't language though, it was effort. And effort is something that Diaz and Nunez has in spades so to use Keita as an example for them is way off the mark.

Pls, let's not compare a player who could not be arsed for the 5 years he was here to Darwin nor Diaz when it comes to effort, desire and committment and hard graft. Even in English, Darwin and Diaz have made strides in that regard even tho, there is still a long way to go.
Enuff with the slander of these 2 players zsp. Darwin cos it is getting annoying and pathetic at this point blaming them for near all our woes.
