Pacho, Inacio will do for me and Ederson in midfield and that will do.
Salah will see out his contract.

Can’t see us making a move for Ederson. Supposedly we’re not looking at an additional midfielder (that’s a rumour I’d heard), so make of that what you want. Personally I’d say it was a stupid decision not to bring in a defensive midfielder after last season. I’d hope we go for Inacio over Pacho and even if Salah sees his contract out we should bring in another winger (Bakayoko? ) as he doesn’t have the pace any more and his role in the team should be phased out so we aren’t reliant on him.

Yes we did, his name is Endo. Not ideal but we did buy one. The club did chase Lavia who is an out and out DM. And I hope we continue to look for one this summer.
Ederson is no Fabinho. He is more of an engine / Caicedo.

Like I said in the rumours page, I doubt that Bologna will even let calafiori move, they have two center backs attracting attention and I think they’d certainly let lucumi move first rather than sell their prize asset, despite the fact that he is worth more, zirkzee likely will go this summer too I imagine so selling their spine just doesn’t make much sense, just my guess though, maybe ed002 can weigh in.

Aren't we currently in the period that is after last season?
Anyways, we shouldn't just be on the hunt for a running and ball winning CDM, they need to be able to keep and move the ball.

Jaguar, I must have slept thru that part too esp. since I saw with my own eyes Leg-Endo you know, the defensive midfielder bullying KDB to the point that Pep had to take him off and comfort him? Some of our fans are the absolute best.
Now do we need someone younger to come in and help out at DM? Absolutely BUT to downright dismiss Endo the way many of our fans did during last season (and clearly still do) is what I find outrageous and down right disrespectful.
