Must say well done to city, amazing achievement, hopefully we can get back challenging again next season . I know people will be giving out about them buying all this success but look at there team, how many of us would be excited if we had gone out and bought the likes of John stones, grealish or Ake and some of the other lesser players they have . Pep has created a winning machine and yes we are the only team that has competed with them over the last few yrs, I think with the signing we being linked with we will be good to go again.

Considering that they paid close to £200m for Stones, Ake, and Grealish, I don't think they would be considered "lesser players" at any other club bar City.

Dracred they may of paid over £200 million for them but this site would go into melt down if we had bought them for half of that amount, and people talking about cheating should have a look at klopp and his illegal tapping up before giving out about others.

When we’ve not spent it’s been said that spending money doesn’t bring success and have pointed to Chelsea this season as a prime example.

When City win sometime it’s because they’ve cheated and bought it by spending money.

City clearly have an unfair advantage in the transfer market and that’s not going to stop anytime soon. Heck even the 4 teams that finished above us all out spent us in the last few windows and they didn’t finish above us from grit and determination.

Yes we were poor but Newcastle were 22 points better off, Utd 17 and Arsenal 15 from the season before.

This window is extremely key for us and we’ve got off to and amazing start by getting a player line Mac Alister for the price we have.

Hopefully though that isn’t business done or we look at cheaper young prospects to squad fill.

Next season is going to be another tough one and that’s throwing into the mix Thu/ Sun football most weeks which seems to really take its toll on teams and we know we can’t play at certain times of the day on certain grass in certain weather so hopefully that isn’t another Banana skin for us.

Tiptop. What Klopp does in comparison is like stealing a bit of candy from a shop, City is like robbing a bank of millions. So yeah what Klopp does is certainly unacceptable and he gets called out on it consistently. Maybe if Klopp had City’s legal team he could claim it wasn’t him ?‍♂️.

Anyone can but players and put them on a field i. e Chelsea, Pep has built an expensive team but a team that plays great attractive football. We shouldn't be bitter and try dilute the achievement Pep and his team have achieved while crying out for us to be taken over by whoever has the deepest pockets. For all the money spent they could be Chelsea.

You cannot doubt Pep's coaching and his ability to keep his team hungry. Yes he has the resources at his disposal but it's still to easy to maintain their level of intensity. Pep has also been allowed to be ruthless - look at what he did with Danilo, Cancelo and Bravo.

Klopp knows the formula to compete with Pep and has shown he can do it. If he learns from the last few years where complacency/ arrogance crept in, we should be back to challenging again.

We need the "greedy, cheeky, angry" Klopp side back, not the "we're City's only rival" version.

I’m sorry this may sound bitter, but Inzaghi out-thought and had the better of Pep in every department last night. Pep came out on top because of the huge gap in quality of players available.

Pep came out on top through a lucky deflection it was luck Man City were still in the game at all by that point. If Milan had a decent striker they would of won that game.
