Ed001/ Ed002 I've seen mentioned that Liverpool are looking at Thiago Motta, Bologna FC head coach/ manager, sorry lads, this is internet bull probably I'll admit and it's not a random name that I've thrown up, of course I know nothing about him only his playing days.
{Ed002's Note - Thiago Motta (C) MIlan and Juventus are showing some interest in taking Motta in the summer as his coaching career has been picking up and he is well thought of. Will perhaps be considered by former club Barcelona, but they certainly have preferred choices but could look to integrate him in to the larger coaching set up they are planning. There has been no approach by Manchester United or Liverpool that I am aware of. }.

Rubin Amorim is first choice mate. David Ornstein who is reliable has confirmed this. And the Portuguese version of him Pedro Sepulveda has said the same thing and added that talks have already began. Sepulveda also went on to add that we are clear front runners for his signature. Release clause for clubs outside our Portugal is between €15-€20 million and Sporting will not fight any club that offer that amount.

I have done a bit of research and Slot might not be that bad of a gamble. He plays attacking, entertaining football which also press high up the pitch. He uses a 433 or 4231 which would fit with the players we currently have.
Feyenoord have the most tackles in the final third over all Dutch teams. He also operates on a smaller budget to those clubs around him, sound familiar?

markp08, your opinion is incorrect, and I will explain instead of just saying:- Jude Bellingham was never coming to Liverpool so to say he was our all or nothing signing is incorrect. Bellingham had no interest and Liverpool was only mentioned so he could get the Madrid move.

Late to the party, sorry. Beardsley was fantastic and I was gutted when he was sold. As close to Dalglish as any one I’ve seen, if memory serves, I am knocking on a bit though.
