Hi Eds hope you had a good new year

I was wandering whether any clubs had any interest in Isco given his current form, I remember we were linked with him back in the summer but have heard nothing since

{Ed002's Note - Real Madrid made Isco available in the summer - although priced at a level where all but a handful of teams could afford him. They also offered him to Chelsea in part exchange for a player but Chelsea were not interested. There was interest from Manchester City and Bayern Munich in the past, but right now I am not aware of any interest that remains from these clubs. I am not aware of interest from Liverpool and there is little or no chance the club could afford him.}

Hi Eds

Was just wandering about your opinion on Luis García when he played for us? I don't know why but I've always liked the man just was curious about your opinion of him

{Ed001's Note - loved him as a bloke, but he was just too inconsistent as a player to be considered as one of the greats. Hard not to like him, he popped up with some vital goals, but he just lacked something, that special something that makes a player stand out as one of the best.}

Luis is one of my favourite ex-reds in terms of his use of social media to just tweet completely biased views on our games! His goal against Juve remains one of my favourites ever, what a hit that was!

He does tv work occasionally in Ireland for the Europa league and judging by his Twitter account he does tv in Spain also if that's of any interest to anyone!

{Ed001's Note - he was defo in talks with Liverpool, I was just having a quick scout around online to see if I had imagined it or not and can find one interview this year where he mentions it. So he should be coming back, though I can't remember what role it was for and the interview never makes it clear. Wonder if it is for the TV channel?}

Obviously the majority of the posts and headlines today will be about Raheem and all of his new tricks but instead I would like to know your opinion on a different LFC player in the form of Phillipe Coutinho

He's clearly been our best player this campaign but I would like to know if you have any information regarding his happiness at the club or if any clubs hold any interest in him

Another question I have is what has sparked this improvement we have seen of him this season, I remember towards the back end of last season he spent a lot of time on the sidelines for whatever reason, and perhaps the departure of Mr Suarez has opened up some room for him to express himself on the pitch

I posted before we signed him that coutinho was a great professional and an all round nice lad whos maturity was beyond his years.

When he left inter he gave all the training ground staff very nice watches as a thank you to them.

I haven't met him personally but know a few people that have and they all day move things about him and at least two members of the inter back room staff at the time were sad to see him go.

Hi Eds, A question about the management of the team, it seems like the club were and possibly still are planning for BR to be moved on in the summer

I was wandering if the club had any targets in mind that would be available and willing to join us in the summer or earlier, De Boer's name has been bounced around a bit but I'm not convinced

Also, are the club willing to give BR a chance since the recent improvement of results, albeit against 'lower level' opposition, or is it fairly set in stone

I know a deal with Lille about Origi is miles off, but if it were to go through then do you have any idea as to the role that club would provide to him? Would he go straight into the starting lineup or will BR use him more in rotation with the other strikers at the club

Too many fans clutching at straws thinking origi is the answer to all our problems, what we need is a settled team that knows what their supposed to be doing on the pitch and a manager to cop on and stop harping on about character after each game
