Hi Eds

Was just wandering about your opinion on Luis García when he played for us? I don't know why but I've always liked the man just was curious about your opinion of him

{Ed001's Note - loved him as a bloke, but he was just too inconsistent as a player to be considered as one of the greats. Hard not to like him, he popped up with some vital goals, but he just lacked something, that special something that makes a player stand out as one of the best.}

I completely agree with you, do you know what he is considering for the future in terms of a career if he is going into coaching or something like that?

{Ed001's Note - last I heard he was coming back to work for us, but I don't know if he has or not yet. By us I mean Liverpool FC, not liverpool-rumours sadly.}

Luis is one of my favourite ex-reds in terms of his use of social media to just tweet completely biased views on our games! His goal against Juve remains one of my favourites ever, what a hit that was!

He does tv work occasionally in Ireland for the Europa league and judging by his Twitter account he does tv in Spain also if that's of any interest to anyone!

{Ed001's Note - he was defo in talks with Liverpool, I was just having a quick scout around online to see if I had imagined it or not and can find one interview this year where he mentions it. So he should be coming back, though I can't remember what role it was for and the interview never makes it clear. Wonder if it is for the TV channel?}
