He’s like a one man bulldozer getting them down the field on the left flank running at fullbacks from deep or shielding the ball, looks like the player we had running down the left wing the last few weeks of the season alright.

I must have slept thru that one cos it NEVER happened. Oh and if you are talking abut the Poland goal off the ocrner, he wan not outjumped cos with Holland playing zonal marking (where you mark spaces, NOT players), the guy had the run on him and scored which is why I hate the system.

Ron Keague, not sure what you mean by mental acuity BUT Gakpo has all the tools required to play in the PL, IMO.

Not disputing that Oli, but he needs more time to settle in than he does in internationals.
He’ll get there for Liverpool, but international football suits him more at the moment.
