Nah, he already "moves" into midfield from RB and plays in mid when required. Not sure what "move" means with all those considered.

I'm actually preferring Gomez at LB at the moment, especially with TAA playing that hybrid role - brings a bit more solidity at the back for me. Think I'd stick with that and put Bradley at RB rather than throw Beck in at the deep end.

Does Bradley get a run?

Will this lead to Gomez adopting the hybrid role from left back?

Will Gomez switch to RB and play that Trent role and Beck gets a run at LB?

Or do we just revert back to the normal 4-3-3 instead?

That rb spot is Bradley’s over Gomez all day for me. If not for the injuries he would of nailed it by now, the question is who drops from midfield for trent.

I just don't see Klopp giving up the option of Trent being able to create from wherever he wants without sacrificing the midfield numbers. Trent is a phenomena and the way we setup our teams and tactics suggests they know it.

With no Trent in the team, we just need to revert back to conventional tactics. That should be enough to beat most teams.

Formerly_FlyPelicanFly, my sentiments exactly. There are other ways we can play to maximize our chance creation numbers so let's just see what happens. Maybe we can actually start crossing the ball into the box again like we used to cos that is a great source of chances for the likes of Darwin and Jota who are lethal in the air.
