Good win don't think we where that great bar last 25mins of 1st half. In saying that forest v negative, didn't come out until they 3 down. Vvd looks back to his invincible best.

Johnnyr1970, That was one of our most complete performances of th season overall, IMO too so not sure what the OP is talking about here frankly.

For me, I think people love to put a bar on this team that they themselves, do NOT set for other teams, . I mean, what team do you know of that plays a full 90+injury time at the same level, pace, power and precision? That would be none. However heaven forbid for some on here, that LFC do what literally every other team does.

A solid win against a poor side. I agree vvd looks good again nunez is awesome, szobo link up play is unbelievable. Only negative would be the constant back passes from kostas. He need to be a lot more positive going forward and get them crosses in the box.

I think if we played v well we wouldve put them to sword at start of 2nd half, whereas we content to play square passes and not go for kill and couldve cost us when forest playerr miskicked from penalty spot to make 2-1.

There's been times when teams would park the bus and we struggled a lot to break them down. Now we are seeing teams park the bus and we still finding ways through. Hopefully teams will come and play instead of parking the bus. Great performance from the lads.

I love these posts, we played against a very poor team today. Every team in the premiership has to be a good team otherwise they wouldn't be in the premiership. We can only beat what's in front of us. I think that we have been very good this season with all the new faces and different tactics that have been implemented. We could be top only for a few strange referring decisions, but we are a fickle bunch here.

It’s a long season you can’t go 100 miles an hour every game. We got 2-0 up and managed the game from there.

Had they nicked a goal we had plenty in the tank to up the tempo but why bust a gut and risk fatigue and injury when you don’t need to?

A very good and professional performance against a team whose only ambition from the outset was to keep the score down.
