Not a defence of the call IF correct, assuming the call happened the info surely came from Colwill, that being the case then do we assume he doesn’t want to come to LFC.

That’s my reading of the scenario, discretion is the better part of valour, and all that.

Also it then suggests that behind the scenes info could leak. If it wasn’t Colwill who let the cat out of the bag, then someone close to him is less than discreet, keep in mind the claim is both Brighton and Klopp made calls to him.

We will see if it’s a legitimate claim, Chelsea will have to prove the incidents - Only the phone the call was received on or Klopps phone, or Colwill can provide the actual proof of it all.
