Interest in Manu Kone has been played down by sources close to him.
Told that he only has eyes for Manchester United.
Which is ironic considering his name is Manu.

Hear that. Kone is not on our radar, although Roma are open to sell him in order to comply with the financial fair play rules.
Joao Gomes looks done.
Lamine Camara could follow, but will depend on outgoing players.
Sano and Acheampong are unlikely.
Liverpool keep an eye on Nathan Collins, the Brentford captain, and Jules Kounde of Barca, but no inquiries as of yet.

I wonder if the increase in ITKs on this site coincides with the massive uptake in AI chatbots. Wouldn't be difficult to set up a simple agent that scours the internet for the more reputable reporters of information, compile together, and then, hey presto.
Or, maybe I'm just more pessimistic in my old age...

Kone is a Liverpool fan. He's said it in multiple interviews. Come on. If you're going to lie, at least make it believable. If Liverpool had gone for him, he'd be a Liverpool player.

Kone only has eyes on Man United because they are offering a higher basic wage, whereas Liverpool have often gone down the road of offering less basic wage but more incentives and bonuses.

Manu Kone is the type of player we need in our midfield. Tough tackling and physical. Those traits will always serve you well in the EPL. Something we severely lack.

You about ed? What do you make of Nathan Collins?
Being Irish I would love to say I see a fantastic player there but, while I do like him in green, I just don't see a player at the level of LFC.
Who would you like to see us sign for cb? Zabaranyi or Murillo probably be my picks.

It has all expanded since Ed002 passed away, sadly. People were very very careful with what they were saying with him around. Now the flood gates are open.
I'm not saying it's either good or bad, because you have an argument for both. You actually have to decide if you enjoy the increased postings and activity on the page as oppossed to the relative quiet that was there in the past. I don't twist my mind into going into whether something is true or not. It's a rumours page. My expectations are just that. Reading rumours on a rumours page.
