Might add that my wife was asked to be the Dublin rose a few years back but thankfully due to work commitments- as in she got a new job the week it was to commence- she withdrew her application. Thank fuk- who knows how I would have managed to hold on to her after that.

Ah look- They’ve been run pretty well, in fairness. And in recent decades we really haven’t been run well at all. (Especially according to many fans on this window alone which has been the worst) That said, it is kinda fun to have fun at their start though, seeing as they beat us to two major signings. If ed2 is around, I would love to get his thoughts on how it’s going- and if there are things they can be doing to improve their current run. Personally- I think it’s just the need to find a good run with a relatively new team under a new manager. I fear the success poch can have with a little support.
