We won big and there's nothing to complain except the pitch invader at the end

I think he's a Liverpool supporter but will gladly hope he gets a lifetime ban. What a stupid behaviour and from the looks he nearly injure a few players.

Wonder if anyone has any insider on this?

He took out Curtis Jones and Robertson with his sliding tackle. And he's lucky he was escorted off the pitch, otherwise Klopp was so angry he would have knocked his head off. That's what I saw on TV.

Complete shambles of a behaviour. Clock would have knocked his block off had he not been restrained.

To be fair, the intruder covered more of the Anfield turf and made more tackles than Keita has in his Liverpool career.

{Ed025's Note - love it rigsby..

Oh for goodness sake, he did something stupid. Shall we throw him in jail as well?

{Ed014's Note - where does it end though mate, I guess you’d be happy if he’d ended one of your players seasons through his stupidity!

#wasityou? ??

Eh yeah, thom. Actually I think a custodial sentence might be a great idea.

Oh, so "stupidity" should have no consequence? Is that how daily life works?

Can you imagine if he took out Bruno Fernandes. he would have been asking for a sending off.

If he took out Fernandez he should be knighted.

Sorry it was me who was the intruder. Didn't mean to fall but I was terrified running away from Lisandro the Butcher.

Rigsby that’s a class comment but also true.

Rigsby, you ain't never lied. I would have loved Naby to get "stuck-in" the way he the supporter did BUT alas, that was even too much for this grade A flop to be arsed to even do. Couldn't even be arsed to stay fit, the most basic of things a pro athlete should do.

That said, the guy should be punished for his wretched and dangerous conduct. If you don't do that then, you are enabling such conduct.

Talking about Naby would be astounded if we ever see him in a Liverpool shirt again.

How do they enforce a ban from the ground? Obviously you can’t buy a ticket in your name if you are banned. But how do they stop you if you manage to get one? Asking for a friend….

I've often wondered how they enforce a ban too.
Could they be using facial recognition software at the turnstiles?
A bit far fetched?
I vaguely remember years ago certain offenders were supposed to be turning up at their local police station around the time their match was kicking off, otherwise an arrest warrant was issued.
Dunno if that's still the case.

Would it be stupidity if 50 or 100 fans ran on the pitch and knocked all the players over Thom? Or would you rationalise that as not being the same thing at all?

Turnstiles are computerised and digital tickets are on a QR code. Ticket has name on it but I’ve never been stopped by a steward and asked for ID to prove it’s my name on the ticket.

I’d imagine there might be a way of stopping him buying a ticket but no way of actually stopping him using another’s ticket. Perhaps the Police will make it a condition in his public order offence that he can’t enter Anfield. So if he does get caught in there then the repercussions will be a lot higher.
