We may or may not win the league. I wonder. Those games we drew in january against Leicester, west ham and utd.

In those games i think salah was playing a CF role. Do you think that has any bearing on us drawing those games as salah has been so much more efficient on the right wing.

I may be wrong with some of the details but what do you guys think?

Don’t look back in anger.
What ever will be will be.
We’re moving on up.

Any one of our 7 draws and 1 loss will contribute to us winning or not winning the league, no point in singling out individual games. Salah wasn't having a great time on the wing before he moved up top either, by his high standards.

As per my previous post.

Whatever happens, the lads have done us fans so proud. They will be traumatised not winning the league on the points tally already totalled.
Let's just get behind them, thank them for all the effort. If there is a cup at the end of it then great. If not, they could not have done more.

he's played up top during the monstrous December were we battered everyone.

it's continued on evidenced success and wasn't as productive.

If we do lose out I think we should look back to the city away game, they were struggling and I believe klopp was a bit negative in that game.

Not complaining proud and happy where we are just an opinion.

Robbie and 77, no point looking back. Had we beaten City (keep in mind that there were 17 games left after that game), does that automatically mean that we would not have had the probs we had later on in Jan an Feb with injuries, poor form, illness with players, poor ref. decisions (vs Leicester) etc.? If the answer is no then nitpicking and trying to figure out what game "lost" us the PL. Even Klopp addressed this after the Chelsea game in his presser. You should give it a watch.

Same goes for City. Should they lose the PL to us, it would be pointless for Pep to start saying this or that loss/ draw cost them the league and even he has addressed it a couple of times before. Bottom line is this: Our boys and manager have played a blinder of a season and regardless of what happens, I am proud of them and will not start moaning about what game/ result "cost" us the league. If 97 points does not win you the league then, you're going to have to go for 100 next season. Plain and simple. Peace and Love!

Very good point kloppsboss.

Although at some point klopp has clearly decided that he is more suited to the winger role.

Even if we don’t win, no game would have "lost" us the title. City deserve it if they get it.

The top 5 point totals for a season since the start of the prem is
100, 95, 93 and 91 twice.
Arsenals 'invincibles' are the 7th highest on 90 points.

If we win all of our remain and end up on 97 points, it’s the 2nd highest points tally in premier league history meaning we would have won 25 out of 26 premier league titles if we achieved the points we can potentially get.
It'll still be the 3rd highest if City get to 98 points like.

If City do beat us, massive props to them for nearly matching their own insane record. As evident reaching these point totals both teams have reached is no easy feat or it would have been done a lot more ^_^.
