Thank you Benny.

2.) 20 Jun 2018 00:19:14
Great occasion, great game, awesome kits and the cameramen were at worst, brilliant! Hope you double your ambitions. Well done to All of you!

3.) 20 Jun 2018 08:48:53
mk scouser isn't a scouser? bizarre username.

4.) 20 Jun 2018 08:58:44
im sure you are not a bamboo.

5.) 20 Jun 2018 10:47:37
Pretty sure it is a reference to being an adopted scouser for having supported Liverpool probably most his life. Not that it matters.

6.) 20 Jun 2018 11:13:21
Nailed It, Adam.

7.) 20 Jun 2018 13:18:46
Is it too late to sign up for the next game?

8.) 20 Jun 2018 23:50:05
Also MK for Milton Keynes after moving a few years back if I remember correctly.

Ed001/ 002. Clear your diaries for June 15th 2019 if you can? We will see if we can hold on to OUR cup.

Ps, highlights will be on YouTube tonight.

benny baller

{Ed001's Note - it was a fluke you got it!}

1.) 18 Jun 2018 16:38:38
Guys appologies for the drop out things still not sorted but life goes on.

Any chance of securing a stadium for the day and perhaps a tournament on there?

2.) 18 Jun 2018 17:12:22
Hi can we have highlights of the event?

3.) 18 Jun 2018 17:55:14
Stg Ken’s speech and captains hairdryer on Mahfuz were the absolute highlights of the day mate, closely followed by his swan lake dive on the edge of the box. He is the nicest Man Utd fan in the world mate, unless of course he has made good on his promise to burn the official Liverpool Mo Salah Egyptian King crown 👑 we gave him, in which case he’s a stereotypical manc after all 😵.

4.) 18 Jun 2018 20:26:01
what is the match called on YouTube? Ps well done around lads.

{Ed033's Note - Benny Baller hasn't uploaded it yet

Two weeks and a day till the biggest game of the season. The football-rumours charity game.
8 months of prep comes down to this 😋
Firstly, I would like to thank the editors for their support and help in getting this set up.
Secondly, their are 3 spots left, so if you'd like to play the game, based in north Oxfordshire on the 16th, give me a text : call on 07719565417 for more details.
The opportunity to be in a 50/ 50 with MK Scouser is too good a chance to miss surely?
If you can't attend but want to watch the match, we have you covered, the game will be streamed live on the football-rumours Facebook page, so get following today guys.
Fingers crossed Ed002 is in the country and can attend 🤞🏼.

benny baller

{Ed002's Note - The kit is being shipped to you today Benny - I will be away from the UK at that poing but I can get back in I will.}

1.) 01 Jun 2018 10:58:05
Brilliant stuff, sorry I can't be there but will be watching. Have fun guys 😎.

2.) 01 Jun 2018 11:00:39
Best of luck with it all Benny and everyone involved, I would offer to play but my feet are like 20p's (my first touch really could go anywhere) to the point where my own team would be trying to leave one on me out of frustration! Plus i would be out of breath just putting the kit on.

3.) 01 Jun 2018 11:05:27
Brilliant. I’m slightly worried we are going to have 11 shirts with your face spread across the front.
I know it’s a slim chance of you being there, but if you did, as a thanks to everyone making the effort to play and travel, do you think we could have a live Q&A where each player gets to ask you one question after the game😇 obviously there will be ground rules, I. e no talk of work, no camera phones and obviously no #wonderdogsparkyout banners.
I’d assume with your schedule you’d have to shoot off after, but you don’t get if you don’t ask.

{Ed002's Note - As long as they are kept in cages. I will try.}

4.) 01 Jun 2018 11:27:43
Best of luck lads would love to be around for it.

What's the rumours Facebook page? Can never find it, although to be honest prefer looking at the site anyways but would like to see some of this match.

5.) 01 Jun 2018 15:47:14
This is so great. Really want to come but not certain on travel arrangements and getting there etc. Would love to play if I could.
With the Facebook page, does anyone have the link or exact wording for the page. When I search it, I get Liverpool FC latest/ transfer news but I am not sure if that is it and the other pages are out of date?

6.) 01 Jun 2018 15:52:43
I wish I could come and support you guys but my circumstances will not permit this time.
If I have a few quid spare I will try to donate a small sum.
I really hope I will be able to participate next year.
Me and Harry in the same team please.

7.) 01 Jun 2018 16:01:12

8.) 01 Jun 2018 17:01:38
Just realised I'm only an hour or so away but I will be in lanzerote when the games on, would have been a good craic. Hope you have a great day.

9.) 01 Jun 2018 18:11:32
Q.

Ed002: read the F. posts 😄.

10.) 01 Jun 2018 18:32:31
The link Benny showed for the Facebook link appears to be incorrect. I tried it as want to watch the game next week but says no link found.

11.) 01 Jun 2018 19:13:29
Thanks for the link. Worked fine search that in the search bar Walter and it’s the first. Benny baller right there so you know it’s theres.

With the match. I might try and make it but it will be super late notice. Don’t hold anything for me but I may be a late introduction :)

12.) 01 Jun 2018 19:54:19
Imagine that Ron 😂.

13.) 02 Jun 2018 08:16:32
The link is working now.

22 May 2018 13:06:36
Gentlemen,

There are a few spots left for the Site Posters charity match next month.

As I want full squads and we are getting close to the date, the match fee will be whatever you are happy to donate to SEVA foundation and Macmillan Nurses.

Details are as follows:
16th June, 3pm KO
Wroxton Sports Club
Horley Road, Wroxton, Oxon OX15 6PY
There are cheap local hotels, and as some of the lads have already mentioned, plenty of beer joints!

I am in the process of adding all current participants to a whatsapp group. So I will put my back up phone number here, god forbid I put my usual number :)
07719565417
Whatsapp / text me asap, if you can attend and play.

The game will streamed live on the football rumours facebook page.

If any one reading this wants to donate to the above charities, there is a football rumours just giving donate page.

benny baller

{Ed002's Note - Benny, let me know what is needed from me.}

1.) 22 May 2018 14:55:23
This is brilliant and a great cause, really gutted I can't make it (my brother is home from foreign lands for first time in almost 3 years) .

To put faces to names on here would have been great (even those I don't agree with on much lol) - lads, I really hope you all have a great day at this!
Enjoy!

2.) 22 May 2018 15:38:21
I wanted to donate but I m too scared of privacy and details o my card etc I m no from UK is their any safe method of donations.

3.) 22 May 2018 15:41:03
This is such a great idea. I hope there will be some photos or videos of the match!

4.) 22 May 2018 16:02:51
Adam it will be live streamed on the football rumours Facebook mate.

5.) 22 May 2018 15:36:39
Why don’t you an your brother play Irish :)
Ed if you’re still happy to supply your teams kit, that would be class. If not i have an old blue kit from when I ran my clubs. Entirely up to you, you have my email x.

{Ed002's Note - I am happy to buy a kit for the team, let me know where you want me to ship it to. Also, I assume large or extra large. Let me know. What colour are the other side wearing? Thanks Benny. If I am in England I will try and come along.}

6.) 22 May 2018 18:03:37
Okay Ed002 thanks a lot. I have emailed your PA my address. The other team are in red, so a blue kit would be nice. As for sizes I’d say 10 large 4 XL should cover all our beautiful figures. I’m hoping this becomes a yearly cup so will use the same kits each year. Some of the boys may get stage fright if you attend, hopefully you don’t give us the hairdryer treatment at half time 🙈.

{Ed002's Note - Leave it with me Benny. Obviously if they are Liverpool fans playing they will need the extra long knuckle-dragger sleeves - I will get the ones with the hump on the back. I will speak to Coral in a few days when I get back to England and she will get it in hand right away. I will also get something that does not clash with the red. So may plan for electric cerise is probably down the pan. Really appreciate your efforts and will see if I can maybe fly back for this.}

7.) 22 May 2018 19:57:36
Benny,

I’m available to play 😃
I live in Oxfordshire.

8.) 22 May 2018 20:25:14
Why don’t Liverpool rumours buy 2 kits. Get go fund page and make it an annual thing. Each year get all players/ contributors to sign their name and something they can all look back on in how ever many years.

I know some spots left but if you are going do it Benny do it properly and leave a legacy pal.

9.) 22 May 2018 19:50:14
Ed02
Hump back, knuckle draggers, love it. Good to know your acerbic wit has not deserted you. Never reign it in or tone it down ED2. If you wind up a few bigots on the way, all the better.

10.) 22 May 2018 20:46:46
Hey Taffy. I do take a little offence to the doing it properly comment 😂

1. It is going to be an annual thing. We have two new kits, kindly bought by Ed002 and Ken.
2. Up till a month a go I had Dermot Gallagher refereeing ( he’s now on Hol, but I’ve emailed another efl referee )
3. We have named it the Matt Hawker cup, a legacy to Ed001s best mate who died from leukaemia.
4. We have a lovely little venue
5. It’s being live streamed on Facebook
6. We should have raised a thousand pounds for the charities
7. We will all be wearing black arm bands in honour of grumpy from the Everton page.
And finally we have people flying in from abroad to play in this game, with the possibility of meeting THE ed 002.
I don’t know to do it any more properly lol.

Liver1980 that’s brilliant. Please can you text me on the number above when you’ve read this.

11.) 22 May 2018 21:58:05
Benny your efforts are appropriated. Stellar job mate and for a fantastic cause.

12.) 22 May 2018 21:38:26
Could somebody post a link to the Facebook page please? I’ve search football transfer rumours, and as expected, hundreds of search results appeared.

13.) 22 May 2018 22:42:53
Hi Benny, I can play if needed, let me know what I need to do! Cheers.

14.) 22 May 2018 22:44:26
What a guy you are Benny and what a gesture from Ed2, your a legend mate. I wish I could attend such an event but life is far too busy these days, hope everybody involved has a great time.

15.) 22 May 2018 22:49:45
Wit: if you look at the banter page, an identical post is there where you can click the links. It may be on page 2 but I think it’s still main page.
John: text me mate.
Salah + navy. Thanks :) let’s hope it all goes smoothly!

16.) 22 May 2018 22:51:43
Should have used the search engine haha, emailed you benny and texted, cheers.

17.) 23 May 2018 10:10:23
Benny, get me a medium kit if you can 😂 I'm 5ft8. A large will drown me 👀.

18.) 23 May 2018 08:51:01
Long time watcher of the site but only an occasional poster. Really applaud what you are doing and would gladly make a donation. My football days are long gone but I always like a good cause that has some effort behind it.
Is there a Just Giving page link or something similar?

{Ed033's Note - Yes, football rumours just giving

19.) 23 May 2018 14:55:13
I only live 3 miles from Wroxton. May well come down and give you guys some support but I've not played in years so I'll leave that to the rest of you. Good job in sorting all this by the way, Benny.

20.) 23 May 2018 19:06:20
Hey,

Would love to get involved with this.
Don’t live too far away so if you are still looking for anyone to get involved then let me know!

Cheers,
Dave.

{Ed025's Note - just text benny on the number above morro..

21.) 23 May 2018 21:07:50
Awesome cheers Ed’s. Messaged you Benny!

22.) 24 May 2018 07:51:14
Gutted to be missing this, flying in from Asia just a bridge too far. Hopefully one of these days it coincides with a business/ holiday trip back home.

One request, can you record the game somewhere so we can watch back? Oh, and at the start can we do a team lineup with each persons site names so we can put a face to Ed’s, Benny, MK, Waro etc. would be fascinating I’m sure.

Finally, make sure if Ed02 turns up, can we arrange for a throne to watch the match and make sure he/ she is suitably dressed in androgynous clothing and wearing a stig helmet. We don’t want to destroy the mystique.

23.) 25 May 2018 16:24:03
Benny I see there's 11 days to go and 30% of the target has been reached, please remind me a couple of days before the date and I'll try to make up whatever else is needed to reach the target.

24.) 25 May 2018 16:24:03

Gerrard to become Klopp assistant.

benny baller

1.) 30 Apr 2018 11:04:27
It wouldn't surprise me in the least, I think he'd much prefer to be assistant to Klopp then going and managing Rangers or one would've thought so anyway? A lot going on at the moment.

2.) 30 Apr 2018 11:20:16
It would utterly baffle me if SG were to be made assistant given that Buvac has not left as an employee at the club.

3.) 30 Apr 2018 12:30:49
He hasn't done anything to warrant such a job, not even close.

4.) 30 Apr 2018 12:32:12
Hey Benny, I said this first 😡.

5.) 30 Apr 2018 12:42:56
Anyone for bringing pako back!

6.) 30 Apr 2018 12:46:24
Is Liverpool FC some sort of pantomime it always happens too us crazy drama before big games, coutihno before champs league qualifiers and premium start, now buvac before massive week, and pako wid Rafa, come on lads sort it out will ya's.

7.) 30 Apr 2018 13:38:05
From, by his own admission, gradually learning his trade with the Liverpool youngsters, to second-in-command at LFC / Rangers manager?
Neither, for me.
He should just carry on where he is, perhaps with the occasional input to the first team, and learn from Klopp and the staff at the club.

I can't believe that Rangers would ask him, they're too big for that.
Or that Gerrard would accept, it's a mammoth job, with trouble written all over it.

8.) 30 Apr 2018 14:03:25
Club legend SG maybe but tactician?

9.) 30 Apr 2018 15:19:26
Why do people keep over exaggerating the position rangers are in as a club? They are nowhere near title challengers, just look at how many points they are behind yet again. It’s going to take a number of years for them to close that gap, through good player recruitment and development of a squad which can compete with Celtic’s far superior squad. Surely rangers fans are not all so caught up in their past glory’s not to miss these facts? Yes Gerrard has no 1st team experience, but why not go manage in a league where there is almost no competition, where he can only really make things better for the club? Rodgers has revived his reputation up there (now linked with the Arsenal job) .

10.) 30 Apr 2018 17:17:09
There’s no chance he’s getting the assistant job and rightly so. Why do people think cos he played for us for years he should become assistant boss? . completely baffling what experience does he have for the role absolutely none at all.

Let’s stop the silly ideas he’s going to be liverpool manager one day, never going to happen.

Not really allowed to discuss the full details at the moment, but I will be officiating a very high level tournament, that includes Liverpool.
It's u15s, but in my second season refereeing, I am completely over the moon to be selected for an amazing event, with other premier league clubs and big names from Europe coming over.
Thought I'd share the news with my lfc rumours family :)

1.) 14 Sep 2018 14:54:30
Congratulations mate, hope you are in for a lot of warranted abuse ;)

2.) 14 Sep 2018 14:56:31
Benny, curious to get a clearly qualified referees opinion on a couple of things. What do you think of VAR? What can be done with the simulation (neymar) problem in world football?

3.) 14 Sep 2018 14:56:46
Think I forget to mention, congrats!

4.) 14 Sep 2018 15:35:11
Excellent news mate.

5.) 14 Sep 2018 15:40:26
Fantastic news Benny, congratulations mate!

6.) 14 Sep 2018 15:44:23
Sorry, forgot to answer your second question.
I personally think a lot of referees start too young, an I am grateful I played at a good level for 20 years before going into refereeing. What it allows you to see is when people are trying to con a referee. There’s ways to fall naturally, unaturally, creating contact etc. Last week I had the same guy throw himself to the floor twice in the box, there was the slightest contact both times, but he was so dramatic and tried to make it out as it were a foul “ remember, football is a contact sport, not every touch is a foul”
I waived both away. I didn’t book him though, as I believe there was contact. I think a lot of people in the game say “well if it’s not a penalty, it is a yellow card for diving “ in which I disagree. I only book when I’m 100% there’s no contact.
The player came up to me and my team for the after game handshake, with a massive grin and laugh, telling me I was spot on both times. We shared a laugh and that was the end of it for me.
There is a vast amount of players with quick feet who purposely make the contact into the defender, ali, Kane, Zaha, young to name a few, and buying into it is just down to poor refereeing.
Neymar is a different kettle of fish, because he is so quick, and skilful, he actually is fouled A LOT, the problem is, he rolls around like he has been shot, whether there is zero, minimal, or full contact ( a foul) which must make it so hard for some referees.
My god what a waffle that was. Sorry if I bore, I guess the short answer is better, stronger and more seasoned referees.

7.) 14 Sep 2018 15:31:14
Thanks guys :)
Mana, I think VAR is wonderful. The problem with it, and will always exist, is the referees using it. Still making wrong decisions. 4 guys watching the tv? Just creates madness and panic. It needs one guy watching, who, if he thinks, the referee missed something, comes on the radio “ alright mate, might want to stop play an have a look at that tackle again, but your call bro”
“ I think that was a handball and didn’t come off his thigh buddy, might want to disallow the goal before you restart play, but have a look and it’s your call, bro “.

8.) 14 Sep 2018 16:46:43
Good luck benny.

9.) 14 Sep 2018 17:29:05
Congrats Benny!

{Ed025's Note - well done benny...just dont be biased towards liverpool like all the refs in the prem mate.. :)

10.) 14 Sep 2018 17:41:16
Well done Benny. Now we will have 13th men too ;) . Ed025, Benny is our own Howard Webb.

{Ed025's Note - except benny is not a cheat stg, well as far as i know.. :)

11.) 14 Sep 2018 17:45:41
You are right though Ed.

12.) 14 Sep 2018 18:05:42
Well done mate, really pleased for you!

Remember, even at that level, you need to take care of your nutritional needs.

Steer clear of Tibet water and ensure you always have a few slices of cattoast to hand in case you are peckish 😀.

13.) 14 Sep 2018 19:47:16
Well done Baller.

Alisson was fouled 👍.

14.) 14 Sep 2018 20:55:45
Brilliant Benny Boy, remember all Mancs (especially Ken) are divers 😝 so please remind the ref from our charity game that his decision was sent to VAR and our live Facebook commentary teams’ laughter confirmed the Irish Wilf Zaha had been cleared for landing on runway 3.
Obviously the second “tackle” I made on Ken made sure that if the ref was going to give him a foul anyway, it might as well be worth my while 😱
On the bright side Ken I’ll never be able to catch you next year, following my new dietition “The Colonels” advice 🍔🍟🐷.

15.) 14 Sep 2018 23:01:20
Great news Benny! Congratulations. You'll be GREAT!

16.) 15 Sep 2018 00:09:15
Nice one Benny well done mate.
On the VAR subject I think it should be used for black and white decisions only. Is it offside? Was the ball out of play? Did he put the ball in with his hand, did he dive without contact etc.
When you start using it for fouls there’s just too much room for human opinion. We’ve already seen that even with VAR refs are coming to what many would say is the wrong decision. That for me, puts the refs under even more pressure to explain their decisions having seen it on a screen or been told it’s a foul in their ear after the event and still getting it wrong in many people’s eyes.
I think we have to accept that some decisions will always be a matter of opinion, it’s what makes our game so compelling.
As a former player you just have to accept the ref’s decision and move on whether you agree with it or not. VAR doesn’t change that it just confuses it.

17.) 15 Sep 2018 05:44:43
Congratulations and best of luck!

11 Sep 2018 15:45:05
It may be a silly thing to say but I just watched Klopps pre match talk at the cancer game. I know everyone knows he has a lot of charisma, but it really is the next level in the term "aura".
Any room he is in, the people are automatically in the palm of his hand. Seeing non reds like Lescott and joe hart absolutely beaming ear to ear whilst he talks.
I'm only 27, is this the sort of aura Shanks had? Literally where as a footballer, you're just hoping he would look your way.

benny baller

1.) 11 Sep 2018 16:14:21
He’s the most influential German since. errrm never mind.

2.) 11 Sep 2018 16:27:23
Mikey the guy you was about to refer to was actually Austrian.

3.) 11 Sep 2018 17:07:49
Declan, it was still very funny. Good one Mikey!

4.) 11 Sep 2018 19:49:43
I was going to say boris Becker 🧐😏.

5.) 11 Sep 2018 20:23:01
I thought you meant Schumacher.

6.) 11 Sep 2018 21:42:32
OP, Klopp is that engaging cos he is to some extent, an open book or at least, as open a book as he allows. When we hired him, I stumbled on a youtube interview he had given in German (subtitled in English) when he was a couple of years into his Dortmund tenure. I was smitten by what he had to say. About his family, his father's influence and his road to being a manager. He also spoke about what fuels his rage and fire on the sidelines. He said, "It is not your fear of failure that makes you successful. It is your will to win. This is what animates me on the touhline".

He also explains why he can be a bit prickly after a bad loss or bad performance. He said that he gets peeved when reporters keep asking telling him his team was poor, as if he was blind and couldn't see it for himself and needed them to continuously pointing it out to him. All in all, Klopp is very smart, witty, honest (to an extent in public) and nuanced in his comments, all things I love in people in general.

7.) 12 Sep 2018 09:32:56
I think everyone likes Klopp. Even Everton and Utd fans will begrudgingly admit some admiration for him.

He just doesn't seem to get rattled by anything. I was actually thinking the other day that it would have been great to see him against the likes of Sir Alex at Utd; you have to wonder whether Ferguson could have got under Klopps skin, like he did so successfully with other managers. In a strange way, I suspect they'd probably have had a pretty good relationship.

8.) 12 Sep 2018 09:21:41
Bill Shankly changed the club strip to all red and brought out his centre back Ron Yeats and invited the press to walk around the colossus.

He created an air of invincibility and lots of teams were beaten before they got out onto the pitch.

Shankly was a master manipulator and man manager. Klopp looks to have been carved from the same granite block.

We are pretty lucky to have Jurgen around LFC despite his previous indiscretions in transfer dealings and mix up over sorting out the keepers.

02 Sep 2018 01:49:00
Sorry, am I missing something? Just seen match of the day, that's a blatant foul on Alison. Since when can you use both hands and your momentum to push a player over an it not be a foul? An it takes some doing to send a unit like him that far.
Foot on the ball or not, it's an obvious push.
*disclaimer, I do not condone the cruyff, stupid and needless. But a fouls a foul.

He was off balance and would otherwise have not been knocked over by such contact, it would have been very harsh on Iheanacho to give a foul there.

2.) 02 Sep 2018 09:13:32
Benny it wasn't a foul and regardless glad it happened then and once he learns I'm happy.

3.) 02 Sep 2018 08:29:57
Of course it was a foul, probably deserved a yellow card.

Would it have been a foul if it was Alisson hacking down Iheanacho? No doubt about it.

{Ed025's Note - we have to get away from this persecution complex liverpool supporters have ron, it seems that its always someonelse,s fault and that they get picked on by referees, its embarrassing mate..

4.) 02 Sep 2018 12:12:40
Na it’s okay. Im only a supply league referee and centre of refereeing excellence rep. I’m in a awful position to understand a foul 🤦🏼‍♂️.

5.) 02 Sep 2018 11:44:30
Not sure it's a Liverpool concept Ed025, just a football supporter's concept. I occassionally look around the other sub-reddits and the one thing every match thread has is; "Of course we didn't get that decision, we're not one of the big clubs" or "We don't get those decisions as one of the big clubs. ".

Literally everyone feels hard done by.

{Ed025's Note - thats a fair point dan, but having been an editor for a number of years i can tell you that liverpool are top of the league when it comes to moaning mate.. :)

6.) 02 Sep 2018 18:15:05
No persecution complex here 25, I just know the referee made a huge mistake.

{Ed025's Note - i disagree ron, i think alisson just made a howler mate but that happens..

169 Goals at this years World Cup. Which means I'd like to invite.
Salah - 167
Jamesmack8 - 165
Red Reaper - 162
Laney - 160

To play in the 2019 Matt Hawker charity game.
Thanks to everyone who had a guess, and any drop outs I'll contact the next closest.

Next phase will be when Ed001 and 002 pick their two tribes to go to war.
We did a live chat where they took turns picking last year, I think we did it around November? So let's aim for then :)

Me again, sorry!

Okay Gentlemen, We have news on the Matt Hawker Cup 2019.

So far, what do we know?
The date will be the 15th of June
And held in Oxfordshire-ish again.

After speaking to all 24 players, they have all told me they would like to play again next year, and due to their monumental effort how can anyone say no?

After seeing the wonderful words and backing on the site, it is clear a lot more people want to join in for 2019, so we have decided to increase squad sizes from 12 to 14, allowing us to have 4 new players.

Quite frankly there is no easy way to choose, so from as of right now we are running a competition.

It is one question you have to answer, by midnight, Friday the 22nd of June.

How many in TOTAL, goals will be scored at the world cup 2018. So yes this includes all goals previous to today, so time to do some homework ;)

The closest 4 will be added into the Matt Hawker cup, the next 4 after that will be placed on the reserve list. It is an honour to Matt and the website that so many people want to get involved and for that i am extremely grateful.

For any ties in the final standings, it will work on closest guess then move down to who submitted their guess first, so you may want to wait till friday after a few more goals, but is it worth the risk?!

Please email me on benjaminallen1991 @ hotmail . co . uk, your username if you have one, contact email address and your guess.

Best of luck!

Should concider having a reserve player list mate, if you get enough new members maybe launch a 5/ 7 tourney or summit, anyway just a thought. Congrats on the last events success too mate and al that took part.

2.) 19 Jun 2018 22:24:59
The plan is to have the MHC organised early, to free up my time in setting up the inter-page tournament mate where loads more posters can get involved :)

3.) 19 Jun 2018 22:35:05
Count me in I’m 100% up for playing.

4.) 19 Jun 2018 22:45:09
Nice one Benny, will email you tomorrow! Good way to do it actually, I see there been a hell of a lot of interest for the next one.

5.) 19 Jun 2018 22:48:51
Just watched the game there seemed like great days craic and the kids commentary so much better than Tyler on sky well done to all involved.

6.) 20 Jun 2018 01:02:47
Just watched the first half. Brilliant commentary and that dive near the end of the first half would make Neymar envious.

7.) 20 Jun 2018 02:13:44
My guess is 95 goals. Quite high I know but.

I don't have a car however so I'm not going to submit my guess and take a much wanted place. Good luck guys.

8.) 20 Jun 2018 06:12:34
How much was raised in the last game in the end Benny?

9.) 20 Jun 2018 07:06:37
Thanks Stone, the kids were Baz’s boy Josh and my son Alex. The diver was Ed01’s captain, my new friend and Tom Daly coach, Irish Ken from the Man Utd page, he taught Ahley Young all he knows.
I thought my well timed tackle on him in the second half was very unfairly punished with yet another free kick to the greens, Tommy Smith would have been happy with it I think 😛.

10.) 20 Jun 2018 07:10:30
Stoneage it was £1000 thanks to Benny and especially Cheshire Red on the Man United page, Ken, also Man United and Ed02’s generosity with donations and sponsorship
We all paid a contribution to play and it was worth every penny, wonderful day and fantastic camaraderie 😀.

11.) 20 Jun 2018 07:13:57
PH don’t let that stop you lads that had never met were giving each other lifts this year, where do you live?

12.) 20 Jun 2018 08:07:24
Guys please do enter the comp. You won't regret it.
Lots of craic and lots of goood heads.
Fitness is not a huge issue Benny koppite and i don't expect everybody to be fine tuned athletes like ourselves.
Mk scouser has promised he will shorten all his posts by 50% if we raise more money next year so that's got to be worth it.
Id love to see more guys there even in a supporting capacity.
Cheers.
Ken.

13.) 20 Jun 2018 10:46:05
Emailed you benny :) .

Lol ken 'Fitness is not a huge issue' I'm very glad to hear that mate haha!

14.) 20 Jun 2018 10:47:08
Koppite, the reaction from yours and Baz's son on the dive was priceless. I'm still chuckling at their comments on the dive. Good stuff.

15.) 20 Jun 2018 13:43:34
Sorry for the poor grammar above, i didn't mean to imply that you and Baz had a son together.

16.) 20 Jun 2018 17:40:06
No worries mate, MK Scouser would be green with envy at the thought though 🤢.

Which player would you sign weighing up talent to potential cost and how they’d fit in with the team ethic, Ed002? I don’t think I’ve ever seen them play.

{Ed002's Note - I would not want to presume.}

Why a free transfer out shankly? We are running a club not a charity. Lucas and Agger I get it. But why Sturridge?

Poorest performance was Leicester. The only game Hendo started.
The midfield on form, is the right choice.
Beginning of the end for Hendo?

{Ed025's Note - i dont think so benny, im not his biggest fan myself mate but i still think he has a part to play this season..

I did it. I made a tenner after buying shares in Alison pre Liverpool move. Then I got out. I don’t like the selling mechanics, as well as them taking 2p for every pound you sell.
You’d have to spend really big to make any decent money. Not to mention the fixed markets in which groups manipulate certain players, then collectively crash them. Leaving the newbies to lose money.
