No doubts Klopp will move on quickly, is Valverde a viable option, I know Klopp really rates him or is Tchoumanieni more likely to move on from Madrid?

I confirmed this didn’t go through. We have asked for valverde from RM.
They initially are not interested unless something changes which PSG are trying best to change.
Source is confident for things moving very quickly.

Am not sure we actually need valverde atm but liverpool have been keen on him for a good while now just like we were on Gackpo.

My thinking was that we won't be getting Caicedo, Lavia, Kone, etc, so we might as well get a great player like Valverde who knows how to play DM as he has done it numerous times for Madrid.

In the meantime Bajcetic can get fit and make the position his own when back, with Valverde available to share the strain of so many games.

I would hope Valverde would revel in the new challenge at Liverpool and not sulk, but I don't know much about his personality.

I'm quessing that MC hasn't said anything about not going to Liverpool, though Chelsea are his "dream", and it is his advisors that are the cause of the holdup. At the moment LFC still have an agreement with BHA and nothing else has happened, offically.
I'm sure i might get a lashing from an ED but as far as I can see that is how things stand.

I know this might be a stupid question, but are Chelsea actively trying to put a bid together for MC in excess of what Liverpool have agreed with Brighton. Also, will the fact that we’ve offered a sell on clause to Brighton affect their offer in anyway?
