Hi Ed 02, rumours that chelsea are going to bid again for Caicedo, any truth or are they not prepared to go above 100m.

{Ed002's Note - Obviously they could bid again, but they had made clear that they dis not want to go above £100M and Brighton have already accepted the offer from Liverpool, so I personally consider it unlikely.}
