Tchouameni was what I said a couple of weeks ago, it is known within the club that Klopp really wants him and the club are prepared to pay big money for the boy. Not sure the lad is sold on a life in Liverpool though.

Can't say if we got Tchoumeni I wouldn't be delighted. but as others have said, seems unlikely. Still, his opinion of Real will also depend on what the club tell him. I'm sure he prefers to be playing above all else.

@Shughes, you can say it every couple of weeks mate. Society is (allegedly) democratic and allows freedom of speech. Thing isn’t, you saying it really doesn’t alter the facts that he doesn’t want to leave Real Madrid, they don’t want him to leave and he doesn’t want to play for Liverpool.

I don't get the whole thing about him showing his loyalty to real Madrid. Ofcourse he did he was signing for one of the best teams in the world just like every liverpool signing was a "liverpool fan" as a boy. We should sign the best players available to us if they start showing signs they want to leave then get rid of them. I for one would be made up if we signed him regardless of what he has said about his love for Madrid as long as he is a professional that's all that should matter.

OP, Tchouameni has moved on from us from jump so maybe it is time some of our own fans moved on from him. The level of clinging is getting very disturbing.

It’s baffling isn’t it JK? The kid chose Madrid so that means he never wants to ever play for Liverpool? I’m sure if Madrid see him as surplus or a way of raising funds for Mbappe then we would be one of the clubs that could sign him.

He hasn’t ‘moved on’ from anything he simply chose to play for Madrid when he moved for whatever reason. If Madrid are selling him then he has to make a decision on his next move and I’m sure he’s not sitting there saying ‘not Liverpool I’ve moved on from them’.

Let’s just see what happens.
