Hi Eds, I'm probably becoming a pain in the arse by now and for that I apologise, however my question being do you think its possible for some of the reserve teams etc to make the step up in particular musialowski or Gordon this Summer or do you think it might be too early?

Think it’s different doing what he does against other kiddies. There’s always the chance he’s just developed early. Hopefully he’ll keep learning and improving.

Maybe its too early for Harvey elliot an some other youngsters too, the pressure to perform is insane, especially when our competitors have world class talent in the back up options .

Gordons being good in fairness in the two games but surprised Musialowski hasn't featured at all. Just goes to show the leap, maybe the polish Messi isn't sturdy enough or up to the pace of this squad. Give them time though,2 good little players who to be honest i'd rather see getting minutes than say Origi or Taki.

In the fa youth cup Musialowski looked a good few years behind them villa lads, looks like he needs to strengthen up a bit first before first team football. There still only kiddies no need to rush them if they are good enough they will get in Trent Jones and Neco Williams have proven that and if they do get a chance it’s up to them to take it.

More than ready? I think you may be underestimating the jump from u21 to professional/ championship to PL…99.9% need to go through 2-3 years of development before being anywhere close to a PL pitch.
