Hello everyone,
I don't normally post but I visit this site religiously since it was just one page for all rumours.
I need HELP!
I'm currently working in Kuala Lumpur and am struggling to find somewhere to watch the match against Southampton tonight due to the 8pm kick-off (UK time) .
Does anyone know any bars/ hotels/ cafes that will be open late/ early enough for me to watch it?

I don't think i can watch it tonight. i've watched every game bar 2 this season. One for personal reasons. Bournemouth i think. And spurs on sunday. I just can't take the pressure!

Hey Kev, depends on whether you want to drink or not. Plenty of the mamak stalls around you that stay open late should be showing the game {no drinking though) . Some of the late night bars in Changkat definitely will. you can try Sids pub in Bangsar south which is a Liverpool bar, i watched the 2017 Europa league final in there (they had a lock in), so they may be doing the same tonight- Tel: +603- 2287 7437.

Cheers you absolute legends! I've been trying to Google like mad but couldn't find anywhere that stayed open till 5am, only 3am and that's kick-off time out here.

And I feel honoured that I got a response from Ed02! Thanks as well for making me more knowledgeable than anyone I know about football over the years! It especially helps because I work in Manchester normally and it's great telling THAT lot more about their own club than they know. You've given me the power of serious bragging rights over the years, just hope LFC can give me the real bragging rights that we've all been craving for so long!

Cheers again! I've found somewhere with a massive screen and a bar that sells Lagavulin 16 year old (my favourite whisky! )
I've even made friends with some locals who are going to join me for the game (and some drinks) when they've finished their shifts

I've noticed the same thing about VVD recently and starting to wonder (and worry a little) that it's the result of a few niggling injuries that's making him not want to overwork/ overstretch if he doesn't absolutely need to?
I say absolutely because when it matters he still puts himself about. Just think it's weird that he's only recently (or I've only recently noticed) him to start doing this. Especially as it's come around the same time that Alisson has started to look a bit less confident.
I'm still hoping when Gomez is back (against Chelsea maybe?! ) that we'll see the calm and composed VVD back.
Or am I overthinking it?! :)
