It has been reported there have been no confirmed bids for VVD. My gut feeling being the day before transfer window close, he's staying put me thinks. I hope I'm wrong and MACCA is spot on as always.

Have to agree with you. Southampton look like they are digging their heels in and trying to make a stand which you can't really agrue with. we should have had him by now and if not moved on to an alternative.

I agree to all. This has been the most confusing and complicated transfer window for Liverpool this summer. I hope we still get a CB and if Couts leaves we replace wisely and not panic buy with someone like Ox. Tomorrow is going to be very interesting.

Hi Eds.

First time post, love this site, I spend as much time here as the wife does on Facebook (which is saying something) .

I might be dreaming but. If Couts goes (which I hope he doesn't), would we seriously be in for getting Draxler?

I like the player and with Neymar there now he might want to move as it's a threat to his position.

{Ed002's Note - No, Draxler will not be moving to Liverpool unless Mane were to leave, and even then they would prefer their first choice. So I think you can forget him.}
