Haha wasn’t Arnautovic going to be making the step up and moving to a CL club a couple of months ago according to him or his brother? Now he wants to go to China? Shame we’re overstocked in the midfield with Doucoure looking for a new club, always liked the look of him. Wouldn’t be surprised to see City have a look as their Fernandinho back up either.

Lack of ambition by Arnautovic. You can see the arrogance radiate off him when he's on the pitch. He thinks he's a top player, but he wants to go to China just when he's in his prime. Quite disappointing really. Was hoping he will go to Chelsea and maybe raise his game a little bit higher.
In any case, the decision is his.

Hi ed, what do you make of the rabiot scenario mate? do u think the club is right to freeze him out? i think as a player Rabiot has played out his contract and he shouldn't be treated like this. Has Rabiot done something wrong to the folks at PSG?

{Ed001's Note - I don't know mate, but it doesn't make much sense to just freeze him out either way. While he is at the club he should be treated like a part of it. It is not exactly going the right way about attracting other players to join it.}

Agree on Rabiot Ed - he signed a contract for a fixed term, why should he feel obliged to sign another if he doesn’t want to be locked in? Liverpool did the right thing with Emre Can IMO.

Personally if I was Arnoutovic's age, and a Champions League move didn't materialise, and a crazy offer from China came in, i'd jump at it too, set his family up for generations. I know he's already well paid, but China will be a different level and he has no attachment on a personal level to West Ham.
