Shame as henderson is probably our best of what we have right now. how milner is ahead of him i don't know as we perform better with henderson on the pitch i understand he has injurys to manage but would keep him over gigi can milner and grugic any day.

Alisson is not coming to fight with Karius, that is rubbish.
Neither of Lovren or Matip are going anywhere, they are Klopp favorites, if any CB is leaving it will be Klavan.
Wijnaldum is going no where either. Because we have Milner and Lallana who will be leaving long before him.
Ings hopefully will go nowhere because he is the best option at the club to play the klopp way after Firmino, only needs to prove his fitness. Your post has zero relevance to what Liverpool need at all. And your suggestions made me feel like i've wasted 5 minutes from my time.

I think our front three is sorted, a midfield of Hendo, Keita, Ox is fine, and a back 4 of Robbo, VVD, Lovren and a new RB is solid, Karius in goal.

Where I think we need to strengthen is impact off the bench. I’m fine with Ings and Solanke but we need an attacking mid/ wide player that can cover Mane/ Salah/ Ox, especially if Lallana leaves. Gini I’m happy covering Keita, but we need someone to cover Hendo when Can leaves. In defence, Moreno, Klavan, Gomez and TAA as cover looks fine. We only need a backup keeper then.

That is
1 x winger/ attacking mid
1 x holding midfielder
1 x RB
1 x keeper

Will put us in a title challenging position IMO.

I agree. Liverpool Fans are too emotionally tied to players yet the players are becoming less and less bothered about the club.
5/ 6 players to come in, keeper, cb, right back, Phil replacement and either someone to challenge bobby OR someone to compete with Salah n Mane. So if Bobby is injured Salah goes upfront, wide man slots in.

wow although I agree with a most of your points in your post 2.0 the way you put it across is not needed at all
his opinion and he has a right to express it mate.

Allison won't be joining.

If it was out of Matip/ Lovren it surely has to be Matip who leaves? the lad is useless. I personally can't see Klaven going anywhere.

I agree with Nostra, Milner and Lallana will be gone first before Wijnaldum. If I had it my way all three would be gone and we'd get Keita, bring in another CM and give some youngsters their chances.

We have a good striker in Ings who seems quite happy, he's the perfect man for what we need, I just can't see him staying unfortunately.

I don't understand why people want Hendo to be replaced as captain, what the hell would that gain? it'd be totally out of order and won't happen anyway. People moan about him far too much, watch him with a couple of top class players (Keita and somebody else) near him next season, it'll be a game changer for him. He's better then so many people give him credit for.

and i have no right to express mine? What way did i put it across?

Please enlighten me Johncrow Junior, do you think Alisson the Goalkeeper PSG, RealMadrid and Barcelona are chasing and himself said dreams of playing for Real Madrid and will cost 50+ million € will come to Liverpool to ''fight'' with Karius? come on man, that is rubbish. That is the kindest word i can think of to describe that suggestion. And the rest of my post i see nothing wrong with, like you wasted 5 minutes from my time because i said my opinion he did with his opinions that shows he knows little about Klopp and the players we want out. My apologies mate! From now on i'll just say nothing and let people drive the eds mad.

I'm not saying I do not like these players, i like them. But if you want to win the league you need to be a little ruthless.

Lovern might be Klopps favorite and yours but if you think we can win the league with him then I don't know what you have been watching in the past 3-4 years. Matip is better but doesn't go in for the challenge.

Same with Hendo, he is effective sometime yes but will he get into any other top 6 midfield? think about it. And millner not for the first team but rotation midfielder.

We could also do with an experienced rb and move gomez to cb

Point is that we need to move on players

Ings is great I want him to succeed but its probably best for him to go somewhere and play consistently.

2.0 your points are valid mate I agree but if we treat posters this way they will never ever come back and post
About me wasting your time well that is life mate can't please everyone always
I like you as a poster mate your comments are interesting to read but sometimes telling someone you have wasted my time makes you come across a little ARROGANT.

I don't like Lovren, i don't like players in that way. They are employees of the club, in 10 years time non of these players will be at the club and we will still support Liverpool.

19 Mar 2018 10:13:11
Yes so if 'we' will still be here 'we' all want the same thing which is the league title. For that lovern needs to be replaced along with some of the club favorites, who play decent but not well enough for a title winning team.

I would like to have your perspective 2.0 on where we need to strengthen to be a title challenging team.

Pakred. I don't know how you expect us to challenge for the title mate when you want us to sell a lot of squad/ first team players. I agree some have to go migs and lovern 100%. We want to challenge on all fronts so need to keep the likes of gini (good squad player) Lallana Milner ox Henderson. I get Lallana might move on and Milner if they don't get guarantees about playing time but I think we have a very good squad just missing 3/ 4 players max to take us to the next level.
Ings is a great option to bring on from the bench. Great attitude and workrate only missing goals now which will come. Onto Henderson I really don't get the hate for him. Yes he is not the most glamourous of cm's but more than makes up for it for what he does bring to the table. You don't think he would get into a top 6 midfield? Would walk into arsenals team. Think he would get into Chelsea's midfield beside kante. Same with United beside matic. I would choose him over fernandinho and spurs for me he is much better than dier. I think we are lucky to have him and take this into perspective Chelsea paid 35 million pound for drinkwater who in my opinion isn't half the player hendo is.
I think we need an experienced cb. Alderweireld would be my pick I know it won't happen. See ndidi is being linked again a fav of ed001 and draxler another top drawer player. Add those three and maybe 1 more to what we have and we will be very dangerous next year.

I agreed with John about the way the last line came across Nostradamus, but hats off for apologising. We all sometimes over step the mark in the heat of debate. Takes a bigger man to admit it though 👍.

In a perfect world and i was manager, i would, (Obviously Klopp has his own ideas and plans)

sign a RB to start and move Alexander-Arnold to the box to box midfield role, sell Matip and Klavan and sign a starting CB who partners van Dijk making Lovren 3rd choice and Gomez as cover for both RB and CB, sign 1 starting CM after moving on Lallana and/ or Milner and a backup winger/ playmaker.

Which would leave us with a squad looking something like this.

GK: Karius (Ward)
RB: New Guy
CB: New Guy (Gomez)
CB: van Dijk (Lovren)
LB: Robertson (Moreno)
DP: Henderson (Wijnaldum)
CM: New Guy (Alexander-Arnold)
CM: Keita (Chamberlain)
RW: Salah (New Guy)
LW: Mane (Woodburn)
FW: Firmino (Ings)

Milner wants more game time, i personally wouldn't move him on but 150 K a week sitting on the bench is huge money.
Lallana is very unhappy with how this season has gone for him, i don't get it, it's not like we injured him on purpose, but i see him pushing to leave in the summer.

Winning the league then depends on the quality of these new Guy's, Klopps managerial and tactical skills and some luck with chances, injuries and referees.
