i must say this window will be crazy was wanting to say it looks like the salah deal is ready, so grab a good left back. Im glad we didn't get vvd crazy money, but would have prefered to have signed him than the embarrasment.

Also i agree with ed01 that studge is getting back to his best and if he stays fit we don't need any more up front. trusting he will stay fit is risky, we have goals in the team but this is where im torn, MK called it right and we should look at AUB the price for the player is good value, there is resale value (whole other topic) there is atleast 20/ 30 goals in him, we would have great rotation all three st pushing each other, origi and ings would have to be sold all hypothetical

What are people on about thinking we need a fancy new £70m goalscorer? Sturridge, when fully fit, will score plenty of goals (to be fair he got 3 in 7 starts this year. He also added 4 in the efl Cup) . Firmino will get goals, Coutinho will get goals, Mane will get goals. Lallana, Henderson and Wijnaldum have goals in them too. (That's ignoring Can, Origi and any any wingers or midfielders) .

An overvalued striker isn't going to help solve our defensive problems and that's what we really need help with. Last season, if we'd had an actual defense who could defend we could have been talking higher than 4th.

Aubameyang ain't coming. Goal scoring is not an issue for the team, conceding them is. We don't need a £70 million striker, and I doubt we'll be getting one.

If UTD pull off Ronaldo for whatever the amount ( A place which is not important for them at all ) they will dominate the league until he retires which is set for atleast 5 good years. We need Auba to survive inside top 4.
Priority or not priority. Auba is the bet striker in Europe and not only a fool would pretend or ignore you wouldn't need him!

Because auba is better than all our strikers and will score more goals and improve our team. I guess that's where the thinking comes from.

Manutd will not dominate the league by getting a 32 y old Ronaldo. No way. At Real he gets service from Kroos, Isco and Modric. At them it would be Pogba, Herrera and Mata. See the difference?

5 years? You're kidding me. He's playing in arguably the worlds strongest team in a league which is fairly poor outside the top 5 teams. He's lost his pace, both him and mourihno will have egos that will clash. ( as they have before) they'll get one good year out of him and have another year of transition thereafter. They would be better spending that money on the likes mbappe who they can build a long gene team around. Great player but he will be asked to do a very different role should he go back to man utd. As for his free kicks he barely scores them any more ( not sure what happened but he used to be lethal)
