We tried to sign him before too right . didn't offer same wages as spurs so he went there.

He's not good enough for us. looks good in an average side but couldn't cut the mustard at spurs. let everton have him. should shine there 😁.

{Ed025's Note - i think hes good diamond, never really got a chance at spurs and has developed since then, im pretty sure that liverpool wont go for him now anyway after reading your views on the guy.. :)

He wouldn't get a game for us would be a good signing for Everton though hence why they are at the front of the queue.

Morten Gamst Pederson syndrome.

Decent player but where would he play for us? He is not a wide forward or a B2B midfielder so a no-go for unless Klopp changes the formation. Keita is the player we need, absolute beast and chips in with goals too. Much better option than Sigurdsson.

You have to ask why he didn't thrive at Spurs. Good player but would want to be in the team week on week. Who's place would he take?

and who would he replace? we should fill in the gaps/ priorities first, and we are definitely not short of attacking midfielders.

We need good defenders before anything else.

i agree with ed25 here he is a bit of a diamond but id have 2 questions first where would he fit in he wouldn't get in coutinho, mane or firmino place possibly lallana but i doubt it is not a 6 so not hendersons and not he is not a b2b midfeilder so not can/ winjaldum place so where would he fit in unless your saying he's another squad player
secondly we all know he didn't succeed at spurs so could he be a bigger fish in a smaller pool who just gets swallowed up in the bigger pools.

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool has zero interest in him.}

It's amazing how he's a very good player and he's going to Everton yet all of our players are average I have no doubt he'd be an average player if he was coming out way ed!

{Ed025's Note - not all your players are average jezza, mane, couts and lallana are excellent, firminho is very good as well but your boosting them up if you think your back 4 is average, matip is the best of that bunch and he is mediocre and dont get me started with declyne, can and wiji may go on to prove me wrong i suppose but have not pulled up any trees so far, of course i dont wear red tinted glasses and there may be a bit of everton bias flying about but i can only say what i see mate..

Cheers Ed's 25 . 😅😅 I think he would do well at Everton. U will certainly have cash on the hip when u sell lukaku. Interesting times ahead.

{Ed025's Note - exciting times i would say diamond, there will be big changes at the peoples club next year and you never know we may not have to kick you off the park to compete in a derby mate.. :)

Your back 4 ain't that good either, Ed and your GK is worse than Manninger. If you think Matip is mediocre which he is not, what would you call Jagielka, Funes Mori and the awful Williams? NONE of them would replace Matip in our team nor BUT Matip would stroll into your team with ease.

Is Matip Paulo Maldini? No. Does he have aspects of his game that needs improvement? Who doesn't BUT to call him mediocre is just nonsense. Besides, it's his first season here so I think he will improve. I do agree with you on Clyne, tho.

As for Sigurdsson, you are welcome to him as he wouldn't start ahead of ANYONE in our first 11 if they were all fit neither would Barkley who is a quite simply poor.
