I wonder what would be the response here if Gerrard goes to Chelsea or Man United to stay fit during the MLS off season.

As long as he does not play for them, there should be no issues. Ideally he never plays in the premier league for us or for any other team other than training to stay fit. And once he is done with the mls, maybe take up his coaching badges in a lower tier club and work his way up the food chain.

They wouldn't play him. He has past his best and there is no room for him.

Agree with Buzzer. He is always welcome but first he needs to prove his management potential at smaller clubs. Then he can come back as our manager. That's fair and best for everyone.

What about keeping Klopp for ages?

I want to keep Klopp FOREVER!

Think you'll have to fight my missus for that.

Gerrard wouldn't get a game at any club in the top half of the league. He only played for us because of his power off the pitch and sentiment. Take all that away and he's just an aging pre-madonna.

What came before Madge?

{Ed001's Note - Gerrard obviously, hence why he is the pre-Madonna....}

Love when people say pre-madonna lol.
