After being spoilt by Klopp's brand of football to watch this is painful. Mo been our best player and he is leaving. I rather he started Danns then watch Gakpo do nothing. There was one moment where we played fast football which lasted about 5 seconds n it just shows the players are capable but Slot has the handbrakes on.

It's a hot day but this has the look and feel of pre season. The thing that stands out is the lack of pace in the attacking side of our game. None of our front three have any real speed. If we get a goal it could be another set piece or shot from outside the box. Not much at atmosphere but no dissent either.

I'm pretty sure they are the new ones, Adidas badge towards the back. I don't mind the shirt; it just looks like it's been through the washer too many times next to the shorts.

Anyone else notice the shorts and socks are a totally different colour to the jersey? I thought it was bad that they didn't continue the pattern throughout, but I could excuse that as a "stylistic choice", yet to have 2 completely different shades of red seems like incompetence rather than a choice. Hopefully somebody spots it before we start next season.
