Used to be more active as a poster, but just been a reader for a long time now.
Finally had a look back at my old posts and found one from May 2017 where I asked if we would go in for Roberston if Hull were relegated and I was told Robbo couldn't cross and was a terrible defender.

Claim to fame for me that, getting one right over Ed001 haha. One and only time to be fair.

Just for the newbies, cause I know you see people say "mark my words" all the time like its nothing.

Let me take you back to 2017. It was a different time. A very different time I tell you.

We used have to physically post in our comments. Then Ed001 would post your comment on an MS DOS teletext type screen. You wait two weeks for your post to come up by which time the event you were commenting on had well past. 5 more weeks for the likes to come in. You really earned your likes in those days. We had to draw a thumbs up and pay for postage. They weren't just handed out like they were nothing like they are today. Sometimes Ed001 would reply your comment to the wrong comment and your like "for flip sake". By the time you posted to him again to fix it, your comment on banter 3 and no one is reading it.

Hang on. I ve gone too far back.

Back in 2006 the lfc website had an option to email individual players. 10 year old me chose Xabi Alonso as my earpiece to tell Rafa to sign Milner and Downing. can't believe i heard nothing back.
