Martinez is cheap, that's why. When he took the Belgium job, I asked a Belgian friend of mine as t why they gave him the job and he said more than likely cos he was cheap. I think the same thing has happened here. You can get away with being incompetent as an inter'l boss for several years. Can't do that at club level. Failing up? Yes, he is.

Sorry Ed, maybe I’m missing something but weren’t Liverpool 18 points ahead of city when they won the league.

{Ed001's Note - that's what I thought as well. But that is the list that was there. Obviously a mistake on the list. I forgot where I got it from though.}

Ed01 actually the day we mathematically clinched the title, we were 23 points ahead of City at the time.
