Robbo for me, he was pretty much the only inform player this season, he’s faded slightly but that’s only because of how much he’s played without a break and the fact he’s put in a full shift and a half every single game.

Has to be Mo surely? If he'd decided to take a year off like Mane, Firmino and Wijnaldum we'd be about 14th!

Jota, Robbo and maybe Phillips if he keeps this up til end of the season are worth honourable mentions. You never know though. Mane might score a hat trick in Istanbul and then he'll win it won't he 😅

It’s definitely Mo up to this point, top scorer in the PL and with the garbage results we’ve seen recently I can’t really see anyone even close to him for that accolade (although to be honest who cares) . Nat has been outstanding and I say that in consideration for what I expect from him, I. e his ‘really good’ might be VVD’s average, if that makes sense. He’s not VVD but my God that lad will head and tackle anything, and some of his clearances from crosses both with head and feet have saved our bacon big time. I can’t really understand what Klopp’s reluctance to play him has been but he’s barely put a foot wrong, certainly by a 4th choice CB standard. He’s gets an A+ from me so far.

Robbo for me is the player of the season so far. I think Robbo should be our 4 captain and when Millie retires Robb should be the 3rd captain.
Yes Moh is the goal getter but Robbo personifies everything LFC stands for.

Hi MK nice to hear from you. I like the indepth information about the squad, but unfortunately I have to disagree with you regarding the squad. Yes we do have enough players in the squad, especially the midfield but are they reliable/ good enough for a team fighting for 4 major trophies each year. We need players who we can rely on year around, example Lallana was a great servant for the team but was rarely there when needed, we replaced him with Jones who can be called upon when needed and do his best. We need to replace players who are injury prone and can't be relied upon regardless of their quality. Mille is 35 and needs to be replaced soon, Ox and Kieta are very injury prone and needs to be replaced either both or at least one of them. If we get someone like Cantwell or Bissuma to replace even 2 of the above players we are smiling. Other than that I agree with Matip, Shaq, Origi being sold or let go.
A squad size of 25 players with quality and who could be reliable are the must, no more Lallana and Sturridge who have 1 good game in six month.
