Being a bench or squad player in a team that gets promoted to the Prem must be an emotional time. You have that feeling of being part of a huge success but know that the end is neigh and you won't get to enjoy the fruits of the teams labour.

Sheffield being the perfect example, the cleaners haven't even finished picking up the rubbish in the stadium from their last game and half the squad are on the list or in the skip with bin bags full of pie wrappers.

I appreciate they are all professionals and understand that its a business but I don't think you would get more of a massive high and huge crash down to earth in football than this.

{Ed001's Note - not always. Wolves promoted one of their squad players to the first team and he is suddenly everyone's favourite fantasy football player. In case you are wondering I mean Docherty, who was expected to be one of the first out of the door at the club after promotion.}

Ed do you think doherty would be a good buy for us for full back and maybe push trent to midfield with milner probably leaving if leeds get up.
Anytime i have seen wolves i have been impressed by him i think him and wann-bisaka are the only two full backs in premier league i would like the club to buy.

Great read mate. although I must admit for a moment there I thought Chelsea had been fined 600,000 Chelsea Fans until I realised the CHF was Swiss Francs, lol.

Also mate, does the Raiolla brothers ban mean that De Ligt will be unable to move this window unless he changes agent?

Thanks Ed002.sorry but I jumped to the conclusion that they were brothers instead of cousins. totally my mistake. Again, thanks for the reply. I love when your reply goes against some of the stories out there and they slowly remove them to be in line with what you say. I shall watch the internet for some swift editing to stories already out there ;)

Cheers Ed. Is Kokorin likely to serve jail time? I remember him being hyped up during the world cup last year.

I feel that was fulhams mistake. The boys, the team that won promotion were dropped and new so called super stars bought in. Huddersfield are a good example and newcastle. They didn't buy a whole new squad and managed to stay in the prem. Then you have to bring in players bit by bit.

Conversley, i remember houllier coming to liverpool and he brought a whole new squad just about and they were successful.
