I see Newcastle have been stung again this time by Villa as Manzambi is now joining them instead even though he had agreed a deal with Newcastle. ??

Eddie Howe will probably walk away at this point.
His best players being picked off and no chance of signing a like for like replacement.
Howe has to go shopping in the bargain basement shops of expensive rejects and high priced poor fitting players with no PL experience.

Are the Saudis pulling away?

Isn't there basically no football structure above Howe? Or wasn't until recently?

It's Eddie's nephew who is partly responsible for recruitment, so I doubt he'll be walking away from it due to their failings. From what I've heard from Geordie fans, they wouldn't be upset if Eddie left.

Manzambi to Villa opens the door for Roger's to go to Arsenal.
Arsenal are closing in on Tzolis too, closes the door on Barcola.
Dominos and not the pizza chain.

OMG... Clearly nothing happening in the world of transfer today then????

King Ken, Tzolis replaces Trossard. They still need to replace Martinelli.

Arsenal want Rogers and Tzolis to replace Trossard, and Martinelli will look to be sold.
PSG hold interest in Ferran Torres, they are closing in on Akilouch, but the Diomande deal has gone cold.
Interesting to see what way it plays out for us.

Ken, Villa want Manzambi as Onana has been ruled out for about 6 months with injury suffered at WC.
It has no connection to replacing Morgan Rogers.

Howe, the hell does this keep happening?

Manzambi isn't remotely close to being a similar player to Onana. Villa also have PSR issues, but are about to spend £60+ million on him.
I would say, as soon as England exit the World Cup, he will be an Arsenal player. One of my good friends is a massive Arsenal fan (to my dismay), he knows a few bits here and there, and he said that Rogers is the one they are willing to go big on along with Tzolis.
Funnily enough, he also told me the club are worried about Saliba and having to get potential surgery over a reoccurring issue, which might explain tentative links to Konsa for them.

We should walk away from Diomande imo.

I was merely stating it might have a direct impact on regards to the business we do, that is all.
The Diomande file has gone quiet because PSG aren't willing to pay the money, and are happy to wait a year, and talk of his agency being hard work seemingly is true. They are close to Akilouch and also want Ferran Torres now, which would indicate Barcola on the move soon.
If Arsenal get Rogers as expected, it limits the options for PSG to start a bidding war for Barcola, and might potentially make a deal easier to conclude for us if that's the route we want to go down.

Magpies don't have any money. Told you already. Their huge sales are keeping them afloat.
Also Villa have paid much over the odds for Manzambi, a 70M package in total is ridiculous.

I can see how a thread discussing Villa, Arsenal, PSG and
Leipzig would have a major impact on Liverpool.

Something Red, if I remember right and Ed may correct me but i'm pretty sure it was Howe who basically demanded to get rid of the structure above him and then got his brother in and has been a bit of a rubbish show since.
Because I too felt a bit bad for him last year but I remember from here it seemed like it was a bed he made.
{Ed001's Note - you are right PR, it very nearly got him the sack last season and I think it will this year.}
