I am absolutely loving this season. Can I throw an idea out to you all. For the last home game, could we have as many as possible with a red top on. I don't mean we all buy a club shirt. But we all have a red jacket/ top. Imagine a red wall, especially on the Kop.

Bootle born and bred, but now retired and exiled in Blackpool. My next door neighbour is a noisy city supporter. Always hear him shouting during their games so went for a walk last night to calm my nerves. Walked PAST a pub when there was a big roar. Some smokers outside told me it was 2-1 so thought it safe to go home. Happened to go out this morning as he was going to work. Lucky that. He only blamed me for putting the Echo through his letter box. Always blame the Scousers. Fabulous Redmen.

Very sad news about Tommy Lawrence. Back in 65 I was a young goalkeeper with Liverpool . Met him a couple of times, a lovely man . Great goalkeeper and clubman . Best wishes to family.
