I know it's early days, any thoughts on the Brexit outcome on the Premier League?

Won't make the blindest bit of difference mate. The UK will renegotiate trade deals and its still unclear if European players will even need work permits. I doubt they will though. Switzerland and Iceland aren't in the EU and their players can still play here without permits.

With regards to the players already here in the country, it won't even phase them. The UK won't just deport 10% of their work force now!

Immigration will probably rise long term as the points based system that will eventually be introduced will make it fairer and easier for Asian, African, American etc immigrants with trade skills or money behind them to move here. Anyone who voted leave to stop immigration has been fooled by Farage. Voting leave will just make the diversity amongst immigrants coming here more broad, and give us control over who we let in. Immigration is great for the economy though, so they won't just cull it all!

Don't worry about the Premier League. Nothing will change majorly. The remain campaign was as much built on fear and scare mongering as Farages leave campaign was!

Fully agreed on the wool that Farage deployed. Trade deals will be far more complicated. I am sure that the EU as we know it is over, The Dutch, The Danes, The Italians and the Poles all oppose the growth of the federalist movement, even in Germany >25% have worries. My question was based more on restrictions on foreign players, I for one welcome talented hungry young foreign players in to the league, I would not want to see that stopped. I heard a story that most UK "elite" youngsters are millionaires before they sign their 1st pro contract, they don't have the same hunger of kids dealing with tough situations in places like Uruguay.
