Hi, Ed's just wondering if Liverpool ever looked at wigans callumn mccmanan, just watched their game with city and he looked very good and I remember when they were in the prem he was doing fairly well and was being talked up to have a ton of potential?

Hi Eds! i know it was a while ago, but can you tell me why Daniel Agger was actually sold?
I know he was injury prone but when he played he was our best Centre Back.

Everyone is conveniently forgetting that his performance level was not good enough during 2013 14 season after yet another injury at the seasons beginning.

Agger was not a good centre back IMO. The current lot aren't much better but Agger had lots of weaknesses.
I think people were bowled over by his ability on the ball for a defender, but he lacked the ability to defend.

Agger was massively on the decline. A club legend and seemed a superb lad but he had slowed down and was off the pace in tackling and heading/marking.

Here's a scenario. you have a two year old child and you take them to the shopping centre, one minute they are running away from you the next stopping or going backwards because they've seen something.

Fortunately you can put reins on a child.

Now replace child with Skrtel on a football pitch - unfortunately Agger couldn't put reins on him either and ended up having to cover him and his desire to do what he wanted rather than the team!

Hi eds, I was wondering if you could help me understand these Reus "Rumours"?
as much as I'd love us to get Reus I don't believe we are actually targeting him due to price and the fact that he'll probably not want to leave dortmund, so my question is where do journalist's get these rumours from there must be some truth in them if they are on several different websites and newspapers?

Hi Ed's I've seen news/rumours that Liverpool are interested in hunteelar, can I ask why we would be interested in him?

I don't see him offering anything different to lambert

After sunday I admit I was very much in the mind frame of "well that's the title gone!" but after thinking over it, I think we are still in with a great chance, not as good as before now that its in city's hands but all it takes is one team to just take a a point from city and the title is more or less ours, and with everton being a tough place to go to, and villa fighting for survival, and west hams direct and defensive play, its not impossible, here is hoping.
also I think its strange no one is mentioning Chelsea at all, all i'm seeing and hearing is city and Liverpool. but Chelsea are ONLY 2 points behind and I wouldn't put anything past them no matter how much jose plays their chances down.

i hope we get what we deserve at the end god knows we deserve it this season.

Hi Ed's, I was Wondering what tactics the Ed's and other Liverpool Fans think brendan will set us up with against city on boxing day?
I personally reckon he will set us up to play very similar to how we did against Spurs but making extra effort to cut out silly mistakes!, but although I have confidence in the team, seeing the amount of goals city have been scoring this season mainly there 6 goals against spurs and arsenal, its fair to say I feel abit apprehensive.
but in saying that why wouldn't be go at them in that case, we have nothing to lose?
