If Coutinho is out for the saints game I hope Sturridge capitalises on this chance to impress, he does seem like the natural replacement.

Who do you guys think will replace him? I suppose Origi may also have a chance as he's a bit more energetic, although, fitness permitting, that would ultimately give us our answer about whether Sturridge will be moved on.

Do you really think we would sell him in January and leave us with firmino and Origi.

It's a squad game and we will deal with injuries like every other team. Will be interesting to see how he goes without lallana and coutinho but origi, Sturridge etc are good players I'm still confident.

I think we should try Ejaria. It sounds crazy but that kid looks so composed he could become something.

What are people's thoughts on Ings' Liverpool future?

Was showing some great form and hen broke down again, which is such an utter shame for the lad.

Does anyone (maybe the Eds? ) have any info on whether the injuries he has suffered in the last 2 years are just awful, rotten luck of they point to a more serious underlying problem?

{Ed001's Note - as I said before we signed him, he has an underlying problem, hence his release as a youngster.}

Thanks Ed001, that's a real shame. The guy deserves a break.

Gutted about ings without injuries he could be the real deal but I can't help but think we'll never see it in him, yes he's still young but nah, his time at Liverpool is about up imo. Believe me, nobody more then myself hopes I'm wrong but I don't believe I am, far too injury prone and can't be relied on which is a real shame but it is what it is. We move on.

Noski, if playing Ejaria sounds crazy, it definitely is. Grujic is further ahead than Ejaria and even he shouldn1`t play. If Couts can`t play, Studge and Origi can step in as they did last season when we thumped them on their own patch 6-1 with an Origi hatrick and a Studge brace.

Sorry Hamilton Red, I've got to disagree on that one, for me Grujic has struggled at times this season whereas Ejaria has blended in seamlessly in every game he's played, he had a vital role in the 6th against Watford too. I think that's the reason Klopp has brought him on in the last few games over Grujic, don't get me wrong i think Grujic could develop into a top player but in terms of form, Ejaria is way ahead for me atm.

At times? How many times has Grujic actually played for you to conclude he's struggled and how many times has Ejaria played to show he's better? 3 and 2 games respectively. So you drew that illogical conclusion on both players after watching both play a combined amount of games I can count on one hand? Your point makes no sense, HX. Unlike you, I'm not drawing conclusions after cameo appearances as I take a full view of things. Grujic came highly rated with Inter, Bayern, and other clubs going for him after being one of the stars at the U20 World Cup which Serbia won. It took a phone call from Klopp to get him here as he had a range of clubs to pick from. That is why he's ahead of Ejaria even tho, Ejaria is a good player. Who will be better is anyone's guess as both need to play more to judge them fairly instead rushing to judgment after five combined games.
