West Ham haven't turned into Barcelona. We've just handed them two goals and haven't been able to break down their packed defence. Nothing to do with them mysteriously finding form.

We should've brought on Moreno at LB after 20 minutes to stretch the left side of the pitch (Gomez just comes back inside because he's right footed), and we should seriously think about Ings at half time.

We never became good a defending, Rodgers just played very negative tactics so we didn't concede many chances. Hence us Los not creating many chances. I just wish the bloke would go already!

cus we've been exceptional defensively? They haven't suddenly hit some patch of form. They've played very well on the main so far this season,better than us.

very early days and other "top 6 teams" losing games early in season but for me we were awful and i rarely say that.
Lacked any ideas. Tried everything through centre and failed miserably and why rodgers doesn't put two up front at half time ill never know.
Awful game. Couple more like that and i would expect rodgers to be in the firing line

- That's what you get when you don't want to win games when playing well. We could have easily beaten arsenal but BR decided it was better to take a point and made us sit back in the second half. Had we won at gunners, this loss wouldn't feel as bad. Now we have ManU away and if we lose there, we will be mid-table in blink of an eye.

- Team seems hopelessly dependent on Coutinho, and we can't expect him to carry everyone on his shoulders in every single game.

- I am not sure why Can was all over the place, why didn't he just stick to central midfield, where he plays best.

- WHU were pressing high, they had filled the midfield. Everytime we had the ball, 2 or 3 players were pressing on the guy with the ball, yet we did not play long balls and didn't bring Benteke in the game at all.

- On the positive, Firmino and Ings looked bright. But knowing BR, Ings will not get any real chances.

- All in all, I (haven't just yet) am losing faith in BR quite quickly.

if the liverpool hadnt of set back against arsenal in the second half arsenal would have scored,dont forget they already scored in the first half (wrongly disallowed)when they where playing sh-te and lfc where pressing

There's just no movement in behind its all little stuff in front of their defence and if we do it clip it into benteke he's double marked and with no one to flick it too
