Lets say Liverpool are top of the league come January 1st and looking likely winners (ok I'm dreaming I know) - would anyone begrudge Stevie G a loan move back and a load of last minute sub appearances to gift him that elusive premier league medal?

Hopefully he'd have the pride to reject the offer. Maybe one of the old players that has won the league should give him their medal and he can pretend he's won it?

Wouldn't begrudge him but doubt he'd want that and I'd question his character if he did. think he's too good a pro to get a cheap winners medal

Can't believe this bumming Gerrard rubbish all the time, would you be proud to look at a medal in you cupboard that you had nothing to do with except made a last minute appearance for.

Gerrard is gone, there are plenty of other good players that haven't won things at the club, shall we get them all back?

Arsenal brought Thierry Henry back. If, and this is a big if, we are doing that well in the league I really hope they bring him back. The man deserves that trophy.

Loan move back has already been rumoured, so it's not like he may solely be seen to be jumping on the band wagon.

However, I don't see that he could contribute enough to warrant a loan move and if the team is doing that well, don't upset the rhythm.
