Everyone is entitled to an opinion and mine is no more valid than yours, but I do think you have greatly overestimated Spurs ability to improve and City's likely decline. Agree on the first and second place

I'm Going to be hugely optimistic hear and go for this

Purely going by the signings/possible signings of players for these teams.I also think City will run Chelsea very close this season!

I think the top 4 will be the usual Chelsea, United, Arsenal and City with Liverpool, Spurs, Everton, Swansea and Southampton battling for 5-9th - any particular order wouldn't surprise me outside the top 4.
