Any idea why Jose may have offered such advice? Is it as simple as finding just anyone who will take him and where he'll be given games as none of the bigger league teams will?

{Ed001's Note - because he needs to do so.}

I agree not the worst idea in the world - Balo needs to get lots of game time, and play in a side where he's a hero and can score goals to rebuild his confidence and love for the game. that's not going to come from a top team in a top league, and playing for a cr@p team in a good league will just kill him.

Go become a hero in a championship side, build sharpness and hunger, and then after proving yourself himself make the step up again.

That's the thing, don't see any hunger in him.
He loves the attention though. He should just quit football, marry a Kardasian and become a reality tv star where his antics and stupidity might actually be an asset. I can't be the only one that thinks that.

Wouldn't suit championship sides though - the big deal everyone makes about difference between PL and championship is the latter is much more physical and run/ fight your way into a position to be able to play football. When has Balotelli ever run, worked and/ or fought for a team? He'd be a waste of money there.

He needs to learn. Players that have to fight for their position and aren't as spoilt as the ones around him for the past 5 or so years may help him.

That's his standard.

End of.

Hes not and never will be (or has been) a Premier league player.
